    I have only just found these Roux brother series videos. I've been a avid home cook for years. I grew up on tv chiefs in the 90's. I have worked in kitchens but couldn't handle the heat so to speak. Love my food and cooking relaxes me. Finding the real fundamentals of gastronomy was a triumph. Every modern amateur dish I cook, can now be improved after seeing the correct methods of cooking shown here. If I had had youtube when I was leaving school, and had seen this, then who know? Could have been a real tre bon time.

    I never met Albert, but Michel was always the CHEF in any restaurant. In a place I worked in he used to just barge into the kitchen and shake the hand of the chef over the pass, as if it was his place, and no one would even considers stopping him.

    A vegan woman recently gave birth to a newborn and opted for breastfeeding. Her vegan diet did not supply sufficient vitamins and nutrients for the breast milk and the baby died of malnutrition.
    The point is, it's about survival. To continue to live well, you have to eat well and that includes a diet comprised of fruits, vegetables as well as meat.
    Choosing not to eat meat is one thing, trying to force your beliefs and "vegan bash" people for their lifestyle choice is another.

    "Do you feel morally superior to nazis?" - I don't feel morally superior to anyone. Morality is arbitrary, and I have never seen any evidence to suggest otherwise.
    "The only thing history shows is x" - this implies that you believe history only shows one thing and one thing only... If that is't the very definition of a "stupid comment" I don't know what is.

    that's the most ignorant comment i've ever seen. I'd love to see the inner workings of such a simple mind where rape and eating eggs are considered analogous.

  • @surreal15m
    @surreal15m 11 років тому

    Your aggressive comments don't help anyone, not even the animals you're trying to "save" through your slacktivism. All you're doing is feeding your own ego to make yourself feel better for thinking you've done something when you haven't really achieved or accomplished anything.

    Pretty much everyone would agree, unless your a sociopath, that it's wrong to cause “unnecessary” suffering to animals. I maintain that 'taste' is not a good enough reason to justify suffering and killing of billions of animals. To me that is clearly “unnecessary” suffering. If animals have an interest in continuing to live, as I maintain they do simply by virtue of being sentient, then there is only one plausible conclusion: any use-however “humane”-is unjust.

    Like all abusers they want the Truth to be hidden. You want me to shut up so you don't have to look at the reality of your actions.
