He's right about trading with a sense of calm and confidence. You have to know where that chart will go. If it changes direction,, find where its going and punish them for it. Then continue to prepare again for your known coming direction. Loss doesnt have to happen ever

I was with citi as a client for 8 years good company back in the 90's. My god the mental preperation is key. I trade only 1 asset and focus soley on that. That is my edge. The US30 is a beast to trade. You'll make your points daily if you're good. I dont bet big anymore. 50 100 pounds a point days are over hehe i love trading but i dont need to bet big. I love stealing money from my brokers though.
Have a daily Financial goal. Break even isnt one of them. I rather not trade if my mindset isnt right or im expecting disruptions during my trading day. Great interview.

the problem is: charts do not look like those in the books, with steady trends or retracements, they look totally disruptetd and chaotic in real life, you can hardly find trend charts where you could fade all the time. they do not do what the books say.
Find something trending on a weekly or monthly chart and dial down to your trading time frame. You’ve now filtered most of the randomness. Go through thousands of charts until you get a feel for the moves.
