Wow that was a treat! Never heard this club remix. One of the cooler aspects of the 80s was getting 12" extended remixes on dj promo records or imports from Europe and Japan, longer versions beyond the radio edit. Let It Go is definitive new wave dance music, in my top 10 for sure.
The original album version is much better. This is an extended remix cut. Two of the members were in the original line up of the Human League which broke up and reformed, Ware and Marsh then new singer Gregory, and formed Heaven 17. The first two albums are fantastic. Great bass line as well which is more upfront on the original version.
Awwww shoot MM i can't mess with you. Dug hard here classic 80s thats why your the music man. Im glad you did 12" we dont always do regular version....LMAO 😂 great request ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
@@Midnight65883 yup sure is i love both genres but I'm a house girl. During my clubbing days besides R&b, new jack, Calypso, dancehall, hip hop. Dance techno house post-disco will get people to the dancefloor quick
"Just Jammin'" You seriously need to listen the "Original" Version of this Song. What you are hearing is a Over produced "Dance" version. HEAVEN 17 used to be part of "The HUMAN LEAGUE" from Sheffield and they broke up with One band becoming hugely famous" Don't you Want Me Baby". This Band is incredible SIR.
Oh yikes. I was so excited because this was one of my all time favorites from the 80s. I am not a fan of this remix. I appreciate you and enjoy your reactions. Hope you take a listen to the original.
This was hmmm ok but it’s a re-mix not the original tune Was expecting the original and the long intro threw me off because I kept thinking the lyrics were gonna kick in Don’t listen to this again listen to the Original song first because a lot of times the re-mixes don’t make much sense if you don’t know what it originally sounded like and many times the re-mixes aren’t done by the band usually it’s some Dj/Producer doing it and some are good and some are great and some Just plain suck

Try them again without the remix! Penthouse and Pavement - the song - is great too!!!
I prefer the original version. Not much of a fan of this remix.
Hard to watch and listen to this when we've had the masterpiece original song and video for 40 years.
Always preferred the version on the record.
Watch the video with the original version, instead of this messy remix!
