Yoo dream, l have already told swift my idea and l think you should also hear me out. My idea is if you fight lots and lots of battles and wars your character should get scared, loose limbs and etc. If you wouldn't want your player to be scared, loose limbs and so on you could easy heal them.
The reason l think this would be nice is that you could be a one handed swordsman, one eyed swordsman, have cool burn marks on your face like sabo, scars on your face like luffy, scars on your chest like luffy and so much more. This would actually feel nice because you wouldn't have gotten this from character customisation but from battles.
People would know you're experienced and good at the game just from the scars,loss of limb and burn marks because it would take lots of fights to get them. eg: if you have fought lots and lots of flame users you could get a burn mark, if you fight lots and lots of swordsman you could get a scar like the one on luffy's chest.
Of course there would be a large variety of the types of scars you could get. If you aren't a fan of this idea don't worry there would be a easy way of removing the scar or returning the limb. If you like my idea can you slide it over to the rell bros?
Hopefully they see this better than ppl who think permadeath would be good atleast

People keep doing shi like this and then they get disappointed about the game on release cuz they hyped it and expected too much from it. It would be cool if they added natural disasters such as whirlpools in the ocean or storms like sea of thieves. also having snow storms and sand storms would be cool. Also adding footprints on the sand and snow would add realism. Another cool thing they could do is there could be a tame cutscene or something to getting a mount rather than just killing it and being able to spawn it as a mount.
natural disasters is something I've never seen in one piece games, even tho Grand Line is known to be a dangerous sea because of the natural disasters that occur there, such as the knock up stream, Aqua Laguna at water 7, those water cyclones that move like snakes(I forgot its name bruh 💀), and specially the calm bets(wich could work perfectly at the map limits, like what happens in sea of thieves with the red sea), etc. The sea is so important to One Piece but none game pays much attention to it.
That would also make the sea more enjoyable to explore, and also a REAL danger to fruit users that could get knocked of their ships and fall into the water. Talking about fruit users falling into the sea, for me, it would be better if they couldn't simply jump out of the water like nothing happened, the sea it's their weakest point, and in roblox one piece games the sea ain't nothing cuz everyone just flies around or use boats that never get damaged, and the worst is in Haze Piece, u can frickin use a damn crown to BE IMMUNE TO THE SEA LIKE BRO WTH. And to not make it super ez for ppl to die in the sea, it shouldn't do insta dmg, but make u lose oxygen, that way, devil fruit users could have time to get rescued by teammates( that would make players want to have a crew to help them), and fishmen with devil fruits would be just stuck there LOL.
Natural disasters should only affect the player if they are at sea without a navigator or someone with low navigating skills

My idea (And I think half the community has thought about it too): A system of alliances between crews and fleets system like Luffy's alliance with Law and Whitebeard's fleets. Alliances would have a limit of 5 crews and fleets 10 Commanders

Imagine a Gura gun Infusion, Crazy damage, Stun and Aoe bullets.
I think a cool idea was your gun infusion, but with haki like observation how this would work is, he would shoot a bullet, but it would auto track to the opponent but everytime you use it. It will take “mode” from your observation bar or Or it could guarantee some skills with guns ( would take a lot of “mode” from your bar and if they do paths it would be fully observation

Fruits in weapons would be sick in general imagine having a zoan fruit and you combine it. Would be cool if it was like that one elephant sword or that dog bazooka
That would be a lot of work. Imagine making 30 variations for each weapon/sword in the game

expanding on the haki skill tree idea i think it would be cool if you had 3 skill trees one for haki one for fighting style/sword style and one for devil fruit that way you would either max one tree and become a fruit master or haki master or you could because a jack of all trades and make a hybrid build
I actually had an idea during the stream but i was busy sadly what if rhe first time you enter the game you get to pick what sea you want to be spawnned in (unchangeable) east blue west blue south blue or north blue and all those seas have different difficulty with east blue being the easiest to survive in ❤

It would be cool if they added Usopp Kabucha but the Kabucha would have 2 version let me explain. The first version of the Kabucha would be the attack from pre time skip usopp they could add ''Fire Bird'' or some of the attack he use against Perona like the attack ''Cockroach Star'' it would reduce the damage of the player of 70% for 7 second but the couldown would be huge like 50 second that would be the first version the second one would be the Kabucha time skip they could add ''Impact wolf'' and ''Usopp's Skull Blast Grass'' this attack would make alot of damge and when hitting in the head stun the player for 4second they could also add ''Firework Flowers'' when hitting the ennemies flower will stick to the player and explode and will put the player far away and will stun for 3second and the last attack would be ''Pine cone'' a explosive mine the kabucha could be also use to block attack and when clicking with the mouse it shoot some ball OBLIGATORY in the two version finally to get kabucha you have to defeat 10 player with a gun atleast 300 dmg cant be the same person and to get the second version you have to deafeat all the boss once with doing atleast 500 dmg with a gun
Idk if they could do this. But if there is going to be a yonko system it would be so cool if they could rule over an island. Just like in the anime, kaido rules over wano and shanks rules over Elbaf. And another one I had is a warlord system where a marine of admiral rank or higher can recruit pirates to work for the navy.
