Charu let me tell u why owners do this.. we had leased our flat to a single lady..she claimed to be in a good profession and was dressed decently when she came to meet us.. she came to meet us with a guy who she claimed was her brot.. we rented out to her.. months later we gt a call from our society that there was some ruckus outside our flat.. turned out she was a call girl n the guy who she said was her brot was one of her client.. the entire society turned against us.. my parents had to go through a lot after that.. she filed a case against my parents saying they entered the flat without her permission n stole her diamond ring which was not true..good that my parents had strong contacts with police n her trick didnt work.. we reside in andheri lokhandwala n my parents have now gifted the flat to me..i would never ever give my flat to someone who is single.. there is also the worry wether u will get ur rent on time or not..not judging anyone, even i am a single lady but when its ur property worth crores u cant take a chance..
App dono bohut pyar karte ho but some ego problems hai... But sake off ziana's future pls forget everything both of u. Single mother sounds well.. But sometimes its miserable.. Pls think on it sab koi Susmita sen nahi hote hai.
