well i do my misty the opposite side that i spin normaly because i sideflip on my right side but also spin on my rifht side, im fucked lol

I dont get it wtf.. im from splash diving and pacour but i dont get the way how to do the sexond spin i got the feeling im just doing a full sidewards but its only one 360.

what is the difference between cork and misty?

cork = rotation around vertical axis + backflip; misty = rotation around vertical axis + frontflip...so difference is in basic trick, backflip for cork and frontflip for misty.

You begin to “disrupt” the rotation, this is not the correct cork 720 technique. The backward rotation must be done more smoothly, without disruptions. If you teach people, then you need to teach them competently.
