Easy Marshmallow brownies/gawa's kitchen/Southafricanyoutuber

Ingredients
1+1/4 cup sugar
70g butter/margarine
2 large eggs cold
1 egg yolk cold
1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup oil
1/8 teaspoon bicarbonate soda/generous pinch
1 Tablespoon cornflour
1/2 cup Cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt if using salted butter omit the salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips or Cadbury chocolate chopped up
125g
ps I used 150 g
bake @ 160 degrees until toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.dont over bake
I also made a double batch,the first batch I made in mini loaf pan with mini Marshmallows
The second batch I made into a 8×8 inch baking dish baked it until toothpick came out with a few moist crumbs
I then removed it and topped it with big marshmallows, and returned to oven until Marshmallows were puffed and golden.
removed it from the oven,Allowed it to cool and then added few mini biscuits and drizzling of chocolate 🥰

Hi guys,Hope you all doing well,just wanted to to pop on and just mention that I made 2 batches of the brownies the one batch as u can see in the video I made in mini loaf pan with mini Marshmallows and the other batch as u could see in the beginning of the video I made in a square 8×8 inch baking pan I baked it until a toothpick came out with a few moist crumbs and removed it,then topped it with bigger Marshmallows,returned to the oven until Marshmallows were puffed and golden,Allowed it to cool and just topped it with mini cookies and chocolate drizzle😊

Slm Gawa. Very nice recipe. I see you forgot to add half cup of cake flour to your ingredients in the description. Will give this a try, it's my daughter's favorite.

Wslm shukran for letting me know,I just corrected the recipe 🤦‍♀️,I'm sure she will love it,I actually preferred it with the bigger Marshmallows,I inserted a pic in the beginning ❤️
