The problem is....there are hundreds of millions of "rabbit r1" devices already out there, some with over a decade of hardware revision, with established users, brand loyalty, many are committed to multi-year contracts - and people experience actual anxiety when they're separated from said devices. Unless rabbit attempt to piggyback said market with a mobile app, I can't fathom how this project will ever succeed beyond novelty curiosity, which demands a maximum price of say, $40...at the most.

i used to watch unbox therapy all the time when i was a kid and ive come back to watch again and what the hell. where’s all the energy he used to have
The problem is....there are hundreds of millions of "rabbit r1" devices already out there, some with over a decade of hardware revision, with established users, brand loyalty, many are committed to multi-year contracts - and people experience actual anxiety when they're separated from said devices. Unless rabbit attempt to piggyback said market with a mobile app, I can't fathom how this project will ever succeed beyond novelty curiosity, which demands a maximum price of say, $40...at the most.
I could see this being useful for travel!
Ah yes….now I remember why I unsubscribed 5 years ago. 🤢
😂😂
The same here!
This could be incredibly helpful for a blind person, like they can actually go for a walk while the device guides them and tells them what’s in front of them.
That Denzel album slaps
the F5.5 is one of my top favorite knives of all time i am glad you have an exclusive version
Damn all the cut after each questions… not once did you not edit it to see how long it takes the r1 to process the answer. How much were you paiiii*d for this ??? So sad.
When are we getting your uncut honest version with the actual wait times, so we can get to trust your reviews again???
Why are all the videos covering this cutting in between chatting with the model? Is it really taking that long to process responses? To be honest the jumpcuts are not doing the overview any favors, even if its actually fast and we just dont know that as the audience..
Patience, it's new. It will progressively become quicker but as anything it needs development.
It’s interesting , imagine wearing glasses with this technology and it’s paired with your AirPods for example, you’ll feel like Tony Stark 😅😅😅
POKEDEX in real life!
I’m assuming you don’t have a phone.
Does nobody realize weve had this for the last 10 years with Siri/Google Assistant just now it has a camera?
You know what this thing is missing?
Not LAM,
Not any fancy AI feature,
3.5! It need a 3.5mm jack to complete the experience.
Totally!
It has a bluetooth feature. Earbuds should do the trick.
It has a usb-c, you should be able to connect any 3.5 via a tiny adaptor, just as on every new mobile phone, tablet and computer
it's an android device so use usb C or bluetooth for that
True
From SONY WALKMANS, to RADIOS, TO wrist watches and also calenders, I can 100% predict that the SMARTPHONE📱will swallow this one too, it's gonna live the rest of it's life in a smartphone😂😂
A rabbit and a dog
I’m in batch 4… so I gotta wait until June/July to get mine :(
Why all the cuts between the question and answer. Hiding the lag time? Not asking for useful tasks? The whole point of Unbox Therapy was to experience the device for the first time, just like if you brought it home.
Nope, all Lew uploads nowadays are just paid partnerships.
I would like to see the replies in real time rather than an edit to the reply.
Bro.. it's a phone.... With no phone. My phone can currently do everything that thing can...
If this device could make calls and send texts, I believe it could sell well. Considering it doesn't, I think it'll be limited in sales to only the few people with extra money that want to do something they can do easier with a device they already have.
Hey... That's pretty good for a dedicated AI device!
This seems quite well polished.
Waaaay faster than that humane badge thingy
Still a cut every time he asks it a question though
@@teslacshox look at the last nights keynote; response time is 1.5-3.5 seconds
It's edited
You hit the nail on the head when you said it reminded you of gadgets pre smartphones. Reminds of of when I was a kid and I had a similar sized voice recorder/changer with other funky sound effects like a portable soundboard! I don't know how useful it will be but there is a certain level of nostalgia it provides
So it is basically a ChatGPT handheld client?
For people who are blind or have trouble seeing this can be a huge game changer. im excited to see where this goes.
Didn't expect this little device to work so well; its outputs are quick and detailed. Thanks for the introduction; I'll definitely be ordering one.
The output is not quick. They are cutting the delay
@@Praecantetiait is quite quick overall, not instant but within 3-4 seconds is the longest I've seen it take to respond, and that's for fairly obscure things. A majority of the time i've seen it between 1-3 seconds in response time, it's fairly quick! It'll also give you really detailed responses even for more obscure items it seems.
@@MARIOMAKER-wk8vy that's not quick, not for a 2024 device!
I was gonna buy one of these and then realized in 5-10 years there will be things that make this device look like a calculator from the 70's in comparison
Friendly reminder that Lou has a long track record of lying to and scamming his subscribers.
thats why he got 2 million views on this video alone and 23 million subscribers and you are a nobody lol
Plug me, what the f did he do?
@@BestTrader-hp2sd promised many giveaways that he never followed through with. Has a pattern of doing this over years. Some other very shady stuff too. He’s not a good guy.
One thing that amazes me about this is battery it stays at 61 percent throughout the video ❤
When you can link this to more apps and or operating systems, this will be a REAL game changer. This will be the bridge between softwares and services 👌
It looks like a pokedex from "POKEMON"
Ikr it's finally happening
People who are left-handed have left the chat.
the ceo of rabbit is left handed
left-handed ppl have on right hand and one left... not 2 left hands
Wow. Out of all the bands you chose my favorite. Daft punk. Yay
I noticed all the cuts between questions and answers, i wonder if it takes the same amount of time the humane pin does .... they probably saw the wreckage of the humane pin, and told the youtubers not to mention the time and put "first hands on" on the video
Cuts are only between cameras I think. Mic doesn’t have cuts
Aye. Is it only me, or anyone else have a seizure trying to understand this question ❓. Particularly the second part 😂
That would depend on the ethics of the UA-camr
