- A woman contacted FOX 5 after being assaulted at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station in Southwest D.C. The victim, Martha Dulko, says she was viciously hit in the head multiple times by a group of juveniles and even tased. She now has a concussion, but is thankful to be alive.

I suggest you read the FBI hate crime statute. Simply put, just because the assailant and victim aren't the same race does NOT make it a hate crime. There are other specific factors that must be proven in order for that statue to apply. If you want to know what they are, READ it.

We all know there is a certain group that is immune from those charges.
I suggest you read the hate crime statute issued by the FBI. Simply put, because the assailant and victim are of different races, it doesn't make it a hate crime. It has to be proven the assailant chose the victim solely based on race. Something that isn't always easy to prove. The hate crime statue isn't applied solely because those involved aren't the same race. And yes, I have read the statute in case you're wondering. I also used to work in law enforcement.

People are afraid to step in for fear of becoming victims themselves. I helped a stranger following a domestic violence situation. Long story short, she ended up dead and I ended up with a permanent injury. I'd still do it again but I also understand why people aren't always willing to put themselves at risk for people they don't know. So while you may assume you'd help, you won't know until you're actually faced with that situation. You may not act the way you seem to believe.
Last person to help got charged. Good ol democrat policies have made helping too risky.

Being a single mother doesn't determine what kind of child you're going to raise. Mine raised two sons who retired from the military. One currently works for the FBI while the other retired from Homeland Security. My sister works for a non-profit and I'm an artist, writer, photographer, and model. And just so you know, my mother didn't raise us on welfare. She worked for and retired from the Department of Defense.

I hate to give up on anybody, but, if these kids aren’t held accountable, I think they are lost.
The Biden Administration last month ordered all Federal employees who work in D.C. to return to their offices at least 50% of the time, because the D.C. mayor was whining about not getting enough 10% tax revenue from the sales of coffee and lunches. Ok, I live in MD and have to drive to DC for work now, but I bring my lunch and coffee from home and don’t spend a penny in that crime-infested hell hole. I stay in my office building all day, and make a dash for my car when I leave. I contribute NOTHING to D.C. except pollution and traffic congestion.

L'Enfant is in a very busy, very safe (normally), and very popular part of the city. Many of the major Smithsonian museums are just steps away from this station. There are usually people and cops everywhere here. The is absolutely unacceptable how lax DC is with juvenile crime!
