Plus you can sell clothes all around the world, something that Amazon doesn’t provide and margins for Amazon and LVMH are drastically different. The main thing however is that Amazon and Meta are companies that are 5-7 times bigger. Owning a bigger slice of a smaller pie is sometimes better than owning a small slice of a big pie.

I think it is crude, that these people dictate to us, when it should be us dictating to them. Afterall, you do not need a Tesla or an IPhone, as a few examples of how to halt their progression, is stop buying throwaway products, that do not work properly and are making these people richer. I am not against wealth creation, but I am against extreme wealth creation, where the rest of us suffer.

Look at the stake they own in their companies. That’s where the magic lies. Amazon has a higher market cap but Bezos doesn’t own much of the company.
