All I can say regarding Eafengrow is that there are many good knife reviewers doing hard use tests with impressive results. Do some research then decide for yourself. Being on a budget (always) I’m looking for the best bang for the dollar. A bigger question for me is why the “quality” producers prices are now out of reach? Yes, buy domestic when I can, but, would rather be able to acquire a new gun than a “top-grade” knife, multi tool, etc. People decide the order of priorities and I get it but my “supporting cast” of gear just needs to be adequate to the task.
No kidding! I bought two EF knives back when they first started showing up on Amazon a few years ago. Complete garbage! Never again will I buy from them! Same story with Gerber about twenty years ago and I still haven’t chanced them again and never will!
You mean the reports from 5 years ago, that they admitted to then subsequently corrected about 3 years ago? The reports of correction being shown to be true by luvthemknives? What about em? If you'd done any research beyond reading one reddit forum post when you Google "am ef steel the real" that appears on page one, you'd have found the answer to your question. You have the technology to find these answers for yourself, often in less than 5 minutes.
@@eatonknass247two years to correct the underhanded dealings, while they still sold the crap stock they had? The only reason they corrected the issue was because too many people were finding out they were cheated. Why would anyone with a brain trust them again? Why do you think so many knife reviewers won’t even take the time to look at them? If you want to buy them, go right ahead. Not me though, I’m done with them. There are too many reputable knife manufacturers out there to take a chance on companies that have already proved themselves untrustworthy and dishonest.
Nice selection of knives. The only issue I have with EF is their knife handles is a little too short for me. I have 3 of their knives and the largest handle is about 41/2". I need a 5" handle for ease of use. EF does have good materials and great prices.
I purchased the Eafengrow EF 125, and it is a very good knife. The sheath is a tad tight, and I was not happy with how it mounted on the belt. I made an adapter so the knife hangs down a bit more on my hip. Over all though, Eafengrow makes really good knives.
Are they really using quality steel? I've seen a couple of videos where they say it's one steel but it's not. Odin wolf knives are excellent. I own a couple and all scandy grind
Apparently they have cleaned up their act but unless you get it tested, I suppose you wouldn’t know for sure. To be honest even if it was cr-mov they are still pretty good value. The tests on them that I have seen indicate the steel/heat treatment holds up. It would be good to see some cut tests compared to known d2.

I would like to see some knife plate carrier setups on the channel. Thanks for the great reviews!
Velcro bro it’s the best way
What's the point....... zombie apocalypse? 😆
@@colbywood7667 Today nothing would surprise me. Got to be prepared for anything.
You don't need a plate carrier.
@@TheShaman-h8m I'm looking for a kbar molle adapter.
What about the reports proving EF lies about the steel in their blades? That they use cheap steel?

Try the EF137 - not only is it an awesome blade, but the handle is bigger than most of the EF's at 5.5".

Surprised I missed this video. Glad I found it, however. I love this type of content, huge thank you!

Can't wait to see a review on the new EF139!!!
@704 TACTICAL what do u think about the variety of ef130 scales? What do u think it s nicer and better, the burlap micarta or the g10?
Ruike F118 is the Best one
The First in presentation(the black) is Hku and Is awesome!
I have looked at their knives. They managed to just slightly botch the styling of all of them.
1:33 this is what I'm here for. Thank you
I actually have been considering get EF 143, but are they truly full tang or are the tangs skeletonized?
Picked up a EF124 during the Black Friday sales.
