- The Barton Creek Greenbelt (BCGB) is a heavily trafficked multi-use trail right across the Colorado River from downtown Austin. Mountain bikers, hikers, rock climbers, swimmers, and dogs all enjoy this trail. This video is from the Zilker Park trailhead to 360 Loop trailhead.
Although it was 7 years ago, still remember rocks, creek crossings, and dogs!
😍😍😍
Last time I was in Austin I hit up Emma Long - that was fun too. I love Reveille Peak and Rocky Hill Ranch but those are probably about an hour away from you as well. I've got Cat Mountain high up on my to do list as well.
I love RPR as well, the terrain is quite unique. Looking forward to riding Northeast Texas or Arkansas for different styles of trails.
Cool video!
seems like you skipped a lot, where did you start - end from
Yes. For this ride I only recorded from Zilker to 360. Will do the rest of Greenbelt in future videos.

@@markstrow6992 Actually, no you aren't. Check out the time your comment was posted versus the other comment.
Is this the trail on the east side of river, that runs up to sculpture falls?
nah, this is from Zilker to 360 trailhead.
@@GeoExplorerStudio I'm from Louisiana and just moved to Houston. I have a lot of family in Austin and plan on riding. We walk the portion I was talking about, so I wasn't sure where you where.
Hey, I’m in Austin as well and just getting into MTB. Your videos are helpful, maybe we can ride together someday.
I'm glad you like these videos.
is this dude seriously just grunting at people as he passes
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it is just the microphone or perhaps there were some head nods or visual queues to offset the grunting in some way?
