  • On October 5th, 2022, tenor Vinson Cole sat down with OPERA America's President/CEO Marc A. Scorca for a conversation about opera and their life.
    Tenor Vinson Cole enjoyed a stage career that brought him to the world’s leading houses, including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, San Francisco Opera, the Hamburg State Opera, Covent Garden, and Seattle Opera. He had an especially close working relationship with Herbert von Karajan and is featured on several of the conductor’s recordings. Cole has taught at the New England Conservatory of Music, Cleveland Institute of Music, and University of Missouri, Kansas City, among other institutions.
