I'd worked with victims of domestic violence for over 20 years and must say I have never seen a response from a woman that sarcastically laughs and makes fun of and mocks the person of whom she is so terrified and who has beaten the s*** out of her for years

I've been saying that all along. If you are supposedly so scared of ur abuser you sure as hell don't antagonize them. I was truly abused and I would of NEVER poked the bear like she did over and over again.

She played her cards very wrong. She could stick to the "emotional abuse" thing , and that would require less lying, and be easier to convince jury with.
But no, her so self important feeling got the better out of her. She went on and on and on, making stories up about physical and sexual violence while she's on the stand.
It's like a swamp, and instead of being light on her feet, she keep digging herself deeeeeep

She reminds me of a scene in a movie called The Devil's Advocate. Keanu Reeves is a lawyer who is hired to work in a big New York firm (run by you know who) and one of his first cases is a rich guy charged with murdering his wife. Reeves basically says in his opening statement, "I don't like this guy. You don't like this guy. I'm going to tell you things that are going to make you like my client even less. But is not liking him enough to convict him of this crime?" It's the same idea here. In the movie, they tried to establish that he was somewhere else during the murders (engaging in infidelity, actually) to prove he didn't do it. Her reputation at this point is screwed, so her side is going to go all in to keep her from losing the case, as long as she can go back to Hollywood and keep making millions, even if it means destroying her reputation even further. The job of the lawyers is to prevent a $50 million judgment against their client. I think they know she's not getting out of this looking like a complete victim.

@GreenTeaLatte Everything you described is how someone commits perjury without actually committing perjury. "Plausible Deniability." Saying things like "I don't recall exactly..." etc is basically giving yourself the out of "Well I didn't intentionally lie! My memory was just fuzzy!" It's the same thing dirty politicians do whenever they're being grilled in front of a committee: make it seem like they're a forgetful dunce and there's nothing that can be done about it. Sure, literally everyone watching knows exactly what you're doing - blatantly lying - but from a legal standpoint they can't say you're actively committing perjury since they can't prove that you didn't just misremember.

I still think she told on herself in her nurse’s notes when she told Nurse Erin that Johnny was mad at her or blaming her for her nudes being leaked. AH was hardly known at all but somehow her iCloud got hacked along with Rihanna, Jennifer Lawrence, Selena Gomez etc. I think she was so desperate for fame & attention & leaked her own intentionally. Then we have the Australia messages in 2015 on the walls “She loves naked photos of herself” Makes you wonder if Depp had discovered that she had something to do with her photos being released. True narcissist & she couldn’t even attempt hide it.

She isn't getting flustered or defensive. Even when an inconsistency gets revealed her reaction comes across like that didn't just happen. I had to listen to a few things a couple of times because I thought one of her lies were revealed but her reaction to it was so matter of fact, I wasn't sure if she had actually lied or not.
She reminds me of Jody Arias on the stand. Calm, direct an not easily flustered, no matter how hard that attorney tried, Jody's perfect exterior never faltered. She has evidence. But it all or mostly all was altered. There is a reason why Depp's team has a request for sanctions on Heard because she failed to provide proper discovery. All they asked was her data to be cloned, filtered through a neutral third party so that no personal or irrelevant information was handed to Depp's team, so that it could be forensically evaluated to ensure the metadata verified the pictures hadn't been altered.
So I think her legal team got half their hands tied. Then when they are trying to put together a witness list, they realized that more testimony would support Depp than Heard. Her defense is her full testimony. The problem is, she is hoping for the sympathy vote instead of actually supporting her testimony.

I had a customer that threw SEVERAL baskets (one was full of items) at my head while I was working. 46:35 The idea that other abuse victims are siding with Heard makes me so upset because the reason I believe Depp over her is that she spoke to him exactly the way my abuser spoke to me. She belittled him in ways that only someone really close to you can. Abusers pick on the things that hurt the most because in their “nice” moments, you feel comfortable telling them about those things. Only to have that thing dragged over the coals when they decide to hurt you again.
And I know it makes no sense that somebody would willingly voice those insecurities to someone who routinely hurts them. But the reason people stay in abusive relationships is that it isn’t always hurtful. There are moments where they make you feel like you’re the best thing that ever happened to them, or that you could do anything you wanted because you’re just so incredible. And all those nice things makes it easier to believe that it’s your fault when they get mad. There’s also the gaslighting that Heard’s own evidence shows very often. She said on the stand that she never assaulted Depp. But in her own audio recording, she says “I was hitting you, I didn’t punch you.” Where on this planet does hitting someone not equal assault?
In reality, watching videos of people mocking Heard has been cathartic for me. That’s probably why I’m writing such a long fucking comment about this. The things she did in her own clips mirror what I experienced from the ex-boyfriend who abused me. And it feels good to watch someone make fun of a person who perpetrated those same things I cried about for months.

My ex husband’s love was stronger than any restraining order, and I want to express how dangerous that is. He took his own life in June of 2021, but not before suggesting to me that I would be going with him. We were married for 17 years. That’s a really long time to go through abuse, but of course it never starts out that way. At first, they seem to good to be true, but that’s because they’re putting on an act. They hate themselves and know that their true self is unlovable and so they put on an act of how they think the perfect boyfriend or girlfriend should be like. This is the grooming part. Once they’re foot is well in the door, they think they own you and you owe them love and validation no matter how badly they behave. They respond by attacking who you are and trying to take away your self esteem through guilt trips and confusion, and then they try to take away your identity by attacking you when you engage in the things you like or being around the people you like. All your friends and family are trash or they’re conspiring in some way. You see Amber do this every time Johnny tries to go anywhere without her, and she also belittles his music sessions with his friends by saying they’re just boring old guys playing guitars and she prioritizes herself over something that Johnny had always been passionate about. People, this isn’t rare, and you need to be careful, no matter if you’re male or female. There are people who absolutely just will not let you go, but at the same time, they also won’t treat you with any decency and respect. It was made harder for me to leave because we had a son together, but as our son got older, he began experiencing some of the abuse too, even though I tried to always protect him from it. It really is a “My way or the highway” with some people, and you’re just desperately trying to find a way to get away from them and stay away from them. I have a feeling that at some point, Amber Heard is going to end up with a dead partner at some point or they’ll die in some fiery accident together. Everything with narcissist are extreme and highly dramatic. They completely disregard any pain that you suggest you’re in and then over-state the pain they’re in when it’s their actions that are driving both of your pain. They push you into a corner where you’re constantly feeling like you’re defending yourself, and they don’t feel the need to answer for anything that they do wrong. It’s always going to be your fault. I do suggest that people educate themselves on narcissistic personality types, grandiose and covert. Check out Dr. Romani, she helped me to open my eyes to the facts and taught me how to identify these people before I end up in a serious relationship with one of these people and go through it all again. If you give a shit at all about your mental well-being, you will at least learn what you can. Don’t allow yourself to become a victim. One small victory against a narcissist is a victory from us all. And for any lunatics reading this, Johnny did not exhibit any narcissistic traits in those recordings, most of which he didn’t know he was even being recorded. Narcissists don’t walk away. Not EVER! They cannot stand any form of rejection and it sets them off to no end. So he could not be a narcissist. And addict, yes, obviously, but not a narcissist. Anyone that has lived through real abuse will know the signs they see in Amber. She is a dime-a-dozen when it comes to narcissists.

How well you wrote that made me go wtf. I hit that on my first relationship and swore to never date again. It's hell. Even in the beginning I knew she was acting and morphing into what I liked. Then started lovebombing. Then devaluation. Never been treated that badly in my entire life and I grew up in an extremely neglectful and abusive home. I'd try to make amends being all vulnerable and heartfelt, she'd play along all the way and finally at the end do guilt trips and passive aggressive remarks. So abhorrent and unusual. When called out she'd gaslight, saying I misunderstood when I know what I'm seeing. Then she'd complain when I was disturbed by her guilt trips and passive aggressive remarks.
Seriously deranged evil people. When violating my boundaries by pressuring and not getting what she wants she'd immediately resort to manipulation and anger and accusations.
I noticed she almost cannot feel genuine sadness either, like me finally dumping her. It turns into a desire to take emotional revenge in their brains. Went on to smear campagn, just like AH and my ex. I even stood timid and shaken like JD does in some of these videos and didn't know why I was feeling like that. I'm really pissed now. Actually, she diminished all physical injury in the world.
Like, if you hit your finger to the floor while trying to catch a cat it would hurt. For me it took two months to fully recover (no more pain) from that accident. And it would appear in my finger motion while I try to grip into something or carry something or just open the stiff handle of the door. And all that while it had zero visible mark on the hurt joint.
Now imagine actual physical assault from another human, who's bigger than you, repeatedly, in the face!
Who she's kidding by saying "it didn't hurt" and "I covered with makeup"???!

For people defending Amber, is it possible that Johnny had a play of abuse for Amber? Perhaps BUT the real issue here is her DENYING she did nothing to provoke him or even abuse him as well. From all the evidence it’s very clear she initiated much of the violence/ abuse. You can’t say “hey I am a victim, I tried to get away from him. I did nothing.” When in reality you went after him. I have NEVER heard of a victim chasing and forcing their ABUSER to talk to them in person after an altercation and them running away. It is usually and always the other way around. You don't have any idea what you are acting out. I still get sick at the thought of running into my past abuser let alone being in the same room. Fact is people who are abused don't seek out their abuser after a fight. They aren't beat in the face with fist covered rings and look flawless the next day. She showed up to the police station in a tank top and no marks (as described by the officer) said I assaulted her on X day when she allegedly tried to break up with me at my work. I got arrested and had a restraining order for 6 months until the trial. The same day of my arrest I brought forward the fact the whole "incident" was filmed at work and it would prove me innocent. The woman officer was pushing me to stop talking about that because I'd incriminate myself.... when it was actually my best proof. Nobody watched the video until the day before the trial. I had to go through 6 months of restraining order with no possibility to save myself even with a video of the incident from start to end....

Have you yet realized how long throughout their relationship that she's been recording him and accusing him of abuse? She's been setting him up for this for their entire marriage. The more I watch, the more I'm convinced that she went into that relationship with the intention that it should end in divorce, and that accusing him of abuse was the best way to walk away with as much of his money as she could get. To believe amber heard, the following must be true:
    1. The photos of johnnys injuries are photoshopped
    2. The recordings don't say what they appear to say and when she admits to anything in recordings, she simply was placating johnny.
    3. The three police officers that testified she had no injuries and there was no property damage are corrupt.
    4. All the other witnesses are on Johnny's payroll and willing to risk perjury for him
    5. Words like donate and pledge mean the same thing
    6. Amber didn't lie about the dates in testimony in a court case she prepared for for years but she simply somehow misremembered the dates and was off by a whole year
    7. Amber's lack of injuries in photos is because of makeup, including any swelling or cuts
    8. Amber made sure to take pictures of johnny passed out as well as of property damage and record arguments between the two of them but failed to take photos of the worst injuries she claims to have sustained or catch johnny assaulting her or even admitting to doing so in a recording.
    9. Amber gave a knife that was inscribed with "til death" to a partner she thought might accidentally kill her in a rage.
    10. Either Johnny's former partners are lying or johnny suddenly became a violent wifebeater in his 50s
    11. Amber's assistant lied about her SA story
    12. A lesbian female cop lied about witnessing amber assault her former partner because she is homophobic
    13. All the texts and recordings that show amber trying to stop johnny from leaving and begging him to come back was because she was afraid johnny would assault her (my personal favorite)
    14. The recording demonstrating johnny hid in a bathroom from amber is just a huge act and amber didn't really mean it when she's heard saying "yes, you walked away. You did the big thing, the admirable thing."
    15. All the other recordings or texts in which amber acknowledges johnny walks away from fights are somehow misconstrued.
    16. Amber was a victim of dv but also got mad at johnny about not fighting with her and calls johnny a baby for being upset she hit him.
    17. Amber is incapable of tears even when apparently emotionally distraught
    18. When someone is genuinely concerned about their partners drug use, it's normal to take humiliating photos of them and send them to your friends
    19. Amber simply mis-spoke when she claimed the first time she hit johnny was in the staircase incident after testifying to slapping him across the face in a previous instance.
    20. Amber wanted to help the court photographer get a good photo, so she posed in the middle of emotionally reliving her worst experiences.
    21. The recording from Australia where she's recorded saying "I didn't mean to hurt johnny" is her saying she didn't mean to hurt johnny while he SA her with a large liquor bottle
    22. The witnesses in that Australia recording simply didn't see her injuries and didn't notice her limping after that vicious SA
    23. Amber had the presence of mind to take photos of a mirror and some glass on the floor but didn't think to take photos of the blood from her SA, her injuries or the phone johnny allegedly smashed.
    24. The housekeeper simply lied about the smashed phone not existing
    25. Amber was so afraid of johnny that she goaded him and antagonized him
    26. Amber's parents had no problem with johnny abusing their daughter
    27. Amber took men, one of which amber undeniably dated, back to the penthouse johnny owned while he was away to just talk
    28. It's normal behavior from dv victims to defecate in their abusers bed
    29. Victims often beg to see their abusers after getting away from them and then beg them to let them hug the abuser
    30. Victims of dv in court try to intimidate their abusers by glaring and staring at them, while abusers try to avoid eye contact with their victims
    31. Amber's op ed from 2018, in which she claims to have become a public figure for victims of dv two years beforehand, wasn't talking about the ex husband she filed for a restraining order against two years previously
    32. Amber's allegations in her op ed didn't ruin johnnys career and reputation despite losing jobs and not being offered any new ones after said op ed

That general argument is supposed to be banned from use in many major family law jurisdictions (aka divorce courts). The reason why it was banned from use is because it was almost exclusively used by abusive parents as a means of gaining partial (total if a bribe was tossed in) custody, at which point they would, of course, proceed to abuse the kids. And then claim that it was just their ex turning the kids against them whenever their ex tried to save the kids. It’s still used anyway due to how corrupt divorce courts are, of course. Regardless, the fact that Heard used it is conclusive proof that she was the abuser. (And likely nearly unilaterally too - kids always know who the safe parent is)
Fun fact, the price to use that argument in the California Superior Court of Los Angeles was $50k about a decade ago. So, probably $60-70k today.

Heard has none of it. She was struggling to find a way to describe kids she didn't like. And to lie about donating to a children's hospital and not even. Godspeed you brave, brave motherfuckers.

When someone says that they were punched many times, repeatedly in the head but in 24 hours they go on a television show live, there is no cut, swelling, bad bruises or any thing then YES WE DO know she is the liar there. This is why we know she is lying, not just by how bad she lies, it's all the evidence of her lying.

    • @Ecliptor.
      @Ecliptor. 2 роки тому +1

Yup. People saying she can't lie or that she's a bad actress don't have a clue or are conditioned by the evidence. It's very evident that she is full of shit, but to tell that just for the way she talks? Give me a fuckin break with these armchair detectives.

@@Ecliptor. I know ! I'll tell you the truth, I did know from the first few minutes I saw her on the stand, that she was lying, as well as a hypocrite, who thinks they can do no wrong, and in my bones I KNEW it was all an act, a set up to extort money from him.But I would not have voiced or typed my opinion back then, until I'd heard, seen enough real evidence to make me 100% certain. That's all you can ever rely on because frankly, people are weird and it takes all kinds, plus our intuition is so often wrong and lastly there are a lot of very good liars (unlike AH) who can fool anyone.

It's utter insanity. The police officers noticed no injuries, just a crying woman.
      Obviously, they were "incompetent."
The nurse AND the doctor noticed no injuries, even signing off that they noticed nothing.
Obviously, they were "incompetent" as well.
The nurse failed to notice Johnny ASSAULTING her with a beer can as he threw it at her.
      She probably just "forgot!" Lmao!
And meanwhile, this woman's been punched fifty million times by a guy with rings on all his fingers, choked repeatedly and had a beer bottle shoved up her vajayjay!
But iz okay, cuz magic makeup covers ALL that up, and she can immediately attend all her events the next day EVERY TIME! HAHAHA! Like, doesn't even NEED to 'makeup' an excuse for why she can't attend, cuz magic makeup basically makes her like Wolverine from the Xmen lmao XD
Splash some of that opposite makeup color on there, and broken noses cease to exist.
Meanwhile, everyone else is just a liar or completely blind.
Or maybe her magic makeup just covered everything up so well that the doctors, nursed and cops couldn't ever see it?

The fact that she's aware and hasn't admitted to being at fault nor has she tried to seek help for her issues and bettering herself makes that 0.1 second feeling of pity I had for her dissipate instantly
