You make it look soooo easy which I'm sure it isn't, but I feel like giving it a try

I found some 1-3/8" glass Christmas ornaments at Hobby Lobby, I used this pattern using the same number of beads for each step, However I used 15/0 beads for the main color and 11/0 beads for the intersection beads and it worked out perfectly for that size ornament! Love this pattern and looking forward to see what else I can do with it! Thanks for the tutorial!

That is really pretty! It looks like a rose when it's flattened out. I just decided this year to try and make some ornaments. I'm going to try this one first. As always, you are sweet and fun and I thank you so much for your tutorials!

    Lucky co-workers!
I love this and I'm so glad you posted a tutorial on it.
My attempts to make one by the seat of my pants didn't work at all.

I know! I spent a fortune on beads and can’t do anything with them.

I heard soak them and lay flat to dry. It might stretch in warm or hot water. Though i wouldn't soak it. I haven't tried it this is the first one i have done with you. Thank you.

Do you think an "E" bead would work for the "crystal"?

Instead of using crystals could 8.0 seed beads be used?

Hi,I am not sure if you are still doing videos, but will ask my question any way.I really like this bauble cover, and wondered if it is possible to make the same sort of thing for a candle jar necklace? I did try another style but it just twisted up so much I gave up .I used 4mm seed beads, and 6mm bicones, the ring had 92 beads to go around the neck of the jar.Could you tell me please am I wasting my time or can it be done? Thank you.

Even though it took me a minute to figure out what a "candle jar necklace" (aaaaah, a "necklace" that decorates a candle jar!) I'm confident this can be done successfully.
You'll just have to keep trying!
Keep the work loose. Try using 8/0s for the base color and 4/0s for accents throughout.

Sorry I should have said Yankee candle jars.then you would have probably understood what I was talking about. Thanks for getting back to me.I will keep trying .I have made several of the jar necklaces but using chain and charms,or rosary style beading, but wanted to try something that I had not seen used on candles before.

In order to make it more drapey (your word so I am not sure how to spell it hehehe) would it not be better to use thread, like sewing thread or similar? Thank-you for sharing your beautiful design. Have a lovely day!!!

Hold it upright still so we can see the drape!
