there's not much story in this, it's just a wave defense simulator up until the bossfight, which was way too short. pretty disappointing tbh
now that I think about it, this entire game seems short, it's literally just "you go in base, you defeat 3 waves of monsters, boss fight" and that's it

I beat break in story 2 on my 2nd game bc i was packed up with food i had low energy left thankfully it was the end. This game is memorable and it was fun and peaceful i really loved the experience! Cracky4 and his dev team did a great job!! :)

I will be really honest, I don’t know what to think of this
The sections are really long and it takes all the waves to even get to speed/strength 4 and you would still be missing the other one
Even with all of the work put into getting items, 7/10 times everyone will die from the final boss
With the game play being at most 50 minutes, you would think the end would feel more fulfilling, instead it feels a bit rushed and complicated and is slightly disappointing
On the other hand the designs for both the building, assets and characters were really good and makes the game feel more special
The new game mechanics being; “ workout,fight,buy items,repeat “ is a lot different than BI1 being simply “sleep, protect, collect items, then fight”, which makes it feel like a completely new game ( and not a sequel ) ( on the other hand it’s not as enjoyable to play this game casually as it requires a lot of grinding, fighting and focus, that’s why personally I prefer BI1 for that reason )
My favorite part is the Soundtrack, I love the sound track for both the scary Mary fight and scary Larry fight, soo different from the original, which is mostly just either chill, or creepy bops
Scary Mary was also interesting to me cause of the lore, when I first saw her I thought she was Larry’s wife, though in the end, we see Larry trying to resist her and Mary. Forcing him to keep fighting and eventually in the end, leaving him for dead. Though her fight mechanics are similar and almost identical to Larry’s, the animation makes it seem so much better
Overall, I think we can collectively agree on 6/ 10 for the game, it has all the potential, but it wasn’t really executed well, I would still play again just for the badges
Honestly, I loved this game. The mechanics are very different from the first game, which keeps it fresh and it doesn’t feel like Break In 2 was unnecessary. I like the soundtrack, however I like the first game’s soundtrack better. The game is very challenging but if you know what you’re doing and you’re good at dodging you’ll probably win, which I appreciate. The animation in the final boss is good, but I liked the animation of Scary Larry better in the first game, where he was very expressive and moved in a cartoony way. I do like how they kept Scary Larry expressive in this game as well, where he moves in an unrealistic way. But the game is very long, and you barely have time to do everything. I do like how you can’t get level 4 in both stats unless you work out during the waves and broadcasts, because it keeps the final boss challenging. But it can be grindy and repetitive at times for the casual player. I would give this game an 8/10.
The ending is underwhelming. But I guess it’s because of the next 8 day later evil purge that the sign said.
I would give it a 9, considering the ending was actually good. The break in 1 ending was way worse, it was literally just defeating him and a ladder pops up to leave. In break in 2, Cracky4 gave us an easy fight, tricking us into thinking it was easy peasy. But then we got an actually hard one, which was really interesting. I also love the new fight mechanics. In the old break in, it was just scary Larry sliding on the floor and making spikes. In break in 2, the new pipe mechanic was so interesting. The ending was much better, with scary Larry on the floor infront of us, considering his previous tortured form. It says he was unconcious, still alive. This sparked so much engagement. I honestly feel like most people aren’t looking into the bigger picture, and just want to be those ‘og’s’ who are ‘loyal’ to the first version of the game and say it was better. (Not saying this is you, it’s not. But I see many people other than you) I give it an 8.5 to a 9.
The last isnt really that good everything else is 9 but basically the last chapter being underwhelming dragged it all to a 7

I remember trying to get the cat achievement in the first one but always dying in the boss fight since everybody else was either dead or low health, the closest i got was beating the boss but dying to the minion soon after when i tried to escape. Good times

The best map ever, to the point that I can't believe it because the first part was very simple
A lot of times good original story games (not rip-off like Wednesday story, or home alone story, and not copies like Submarine story, I’m talking about Camping and Airplane) kinda flopped after the second story. Like they’ll have a very good first and second story but a mid 3rd (and if they have) 4th story. I really loved and enjoyed the first and second story of Camping and Airplane, but I feel like the 3rd game is mid and the 4th game (of airplane) is disappointing. Both by story and gameplay. I still vividly remember the first and second stories but I barely remember the 3rd and 4th (one thing for sure, I remember not liking it enough that makes me refuse to rewatch it). By gameplay the airplane mini game (4th story) is WAY too random, and boss fight (both 3rd game of camping and 4th game of airplane) feels, not enjoyable(Note: just because it’s difficult doesn’t mean it’s enjoyable). The boss fight feels kinda forced and for a newer game, it’s eh(and in Camping 3 why the heck is Zach Nolan a Walmart Springtrap with superpowers). But I don’t think I need to worry about Break in 3, because by gameplay we already expected combat, therefore it doesn’t feel forced, and by boss fight I never seen something like it before in a roblox story game, it feels like an actual game and while it’s difficult, I enjoy it a lot. By story it makes sense and connects to the first game, and it stays original (no FNAF animatronics for no reason). Scary Larry attacking Mary, Mary saying “I thought we disabled his free will”, and that “HELP ME” is haunting me and carved in my brain. I also very enjoy the music, they’re very “video game music” (both literally and figuratively, and by figuratively I’m talking about the fact that video game musics are absolute bangers) and the style (as in models, 2D art, etc.) has a feel that makes it different and original. Can’t wait when Cracky released the 3rd game :)
Side note: I will say that for a game that took 4 years it’s quite short, but maybe that’s because of the animation, music, and remaking if the dev think “wow this is bad”. I still enjoy it
For me, the final story of Camping and Airplane not on that bad at all, they really bring the good plot with the ending for whole story (Also reveal many truths behind of previous stories). Those are the only good story games that i would admit unlike another copy and basic story type.
Scary Larry was upgraded and now he is 100x the size of himself…..
