My home is paid off and I am thinking of getting a HELOC or PLOC , just dont know which one I need!!! I only want to set up a $13,000 one....who knows what I will get...ugh

I have a 15k PLOC with navy federal which is called CLOC. Most credit Union will offer some variations of PLOC/CLOC.

I have a really old wells fargo ploc but it is only 10,000. They are not offering them any more, or line increase. Where to find plocs in Texas?

For most people that’s enough unless your income and expenses are above 10k. Or your deeply indebted.
