The Jetton hook is outstanding. The Medieval gold ring is incredible and is truly a find of a lifetime and must of belonged to somebody of real clout and looking forward to seeing what develops
Hi Alexander I really hope you get to keep the ring but after having regular dealings with the treasure process I fear I won’t live long enough to see it. I’m 64 and in good health but the process takes that long. Another fantastic video. Great to see Tascci. Take care Mick & Sal
Not a day your likely to forget ! I fully expect Digging for Britain , Time Team and Lucy Wordsly to be banging on your door after that find !!! Yes please take us through the process of declaring it treasure, it may not end up in your finds cabinet but it will have your name attached to it forever 😉🇨🇦
Wonderful to see your spontaneous joy and stunned thrill, great inclusion to a banger video! As always, great production, thankyou. , a superb production . Thankyou
I had a sneak peek on the detector hub a few weeks ago. Yeah, wow. Congratulations. Also, you are partly to blame for me buying a Deus II despite already owning a perfectly fine Minelab Equinox. I'll have my first real outing with it tomorrow and expect to find at least 2-3 gold rings that the equinox missed.
Wonderful find Alexander ❤ I had my 14c stirrup ring valued by Swatzi of London, waited for 18 months with the treasure act but finaly got it back. Congratulations on a wonderful find and hope its returned yo you.
It's just unbelievable how much 'stuff' you have lying there in the ground where you live. I'm very envious but also very grateful to you for sharing your adventures. And that gold ring....!!!!
Congratulations, Alexander! What a special couple of finds. I would love to follow the ring's journey with you, and I'm sure everyone else would as well. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your films. Fantastic content and great editing!, keep up the amazing videos you bring us.
That was unbelievably amazing Alexander, congratulations on the Posy ring also the different era of finds, really really amazing...all the best to you, cheers Arthur
Hello Alexander. Congratulations on the ring. What a magnificent find and save of history. The jetton was awesome, and the failed Roman buckle. It's always a pleasure seeing Tasc give him a pat for me, please😁. It would be great to see the progress and process of what the ring will go through with the treasure act. Great film, as always, my friend. I forgot to comment on the last post but watch and liked 👍. Take care and stay warm 😊 hand warmers what a good idea mate. ✌️👍🦘🇦🇺🦘
Wow, wow, wow! Absolutely amazing finds there, Alexander. That ring is breathtaking, and I, for one, would love to be ketp up to date throughout the treasure process. 👏🏼
I sometimes don’t know whether to congratulate you or hate you! Even ignoring the stunning ring the rest are beautiful. Even the Roman buckle! Wonderful finds. I completely understand your excitement about the ring. Photos don’t do it justice. P.S. love how scared you still are about the horses 😆
Quite the day, Alex!! Good onya, well deserved. I’ve read a good few Tudor wills where it was quite common to leave money for remembrance rings to be given to close friends and rellies. Maybe one of those, but perhaps a little older. Will look forward to the updates, but won’t hold my breath, ha. Pretty spectacular all round bunch of finds. Not sure which was my favourite, apart from the au of course. Congratulations.
You are fascinating Alex, I always watch the entirety of your videos. Yes I would like to follow the posy ring through the treasure process, it is for sure the most unique and rare objet you've ever found. From France with love
Well done Alexander and as always well deserved mate and yes to follow the ring through the process to the end it will be interesting to see how long it takes .🍷
Kudos! The story of what happens to the ring may take a lot of time and clips to put together, but would be very educational. And having an independent appraisal will protect you and the landowner.
@HolzHammerSagas I always finish your videos, Alex. 👍. More than I do for other UA-camrs, though. 😁 Keep up the good work 👏 ps I've found many of these brooches, one of my favourite artefacts. 😍
Great find Alex the gold ring hopefully it doesn't go missing in the treasure process 5 years wy doe's it take so long we are still cleaning the gold ring 😂😂😂
Fantastic video Alexander with some out of this world finds 😮bloody lovely ❤apart from the ring which is JUST stunning 🤩 I love that Jetton and yes rare finds!! I live down in Kent and been digging for nearly 30 years and never seen one 😮brilliant find and finds well done 👍
My congrats Sir in my opion is find of a lifetime!!! As far as treasure trove laws go listening to so many hunters in UK it just seems to me that items like your ring you are probably getting screed out of?? I'm a detectorist on beaches of Florida and have found too many items to list worth 10s of thousands!!! I've returned alot and am old and quite honest but in you folks finds you should have the option to keep?? Sorry but just not seem quite fair to me!!! I truly am an honest person but in your case with that ring (I'm sorry!) But would have gone right in my collection!!! Love the vids Alex! Been watching for long time but the waiting game of treasure trove throws me for a loop? Congrats again Alex!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
What a stunning range of finds and that ring WOW. Congratulations and very well deserved in my opinion. Yes it would be very interesting to witness your experience through the treasure process with the ring. Where would you go for an independent valuation? My ‘things to do’ has always to find a post ring. Thanks again for another entertaining and informative video.
Absolutely so happy for you! Beautiful gold ring. Wow!!! Yes please do tell us about the treasure process there in a video. I do have a question off topic. Would you please tell me about the boots you wear. They look so comfortable. Are they folded over at the top with a cuff? Is the white bits the tops of socks? I would love to get a pair of those.
P.S. the recent changes to the treasure process have vastly improved the speed and general communications. A video on it would be great. I hope your experience is as good as my last three. Disclaimed items have taken 3-6 months, acquired 9 months. That’s versus 2-3 years before the changes.
Hi Alexander , just a moment of thought from me 🧐. Would you consider having a jeweller making a copy in 18k Gold or even Silver ,if you're allowed , I would buy one of you ? . Back to watching the Vid , That's if you haven't handed to the FLO yet ?
Speaking to a lovely couple in a detecting shop the other day husband found a roman coin with roman emperor on both side of the coin sent to the British museum 5 years later they got a piece of lead not a bronze coin
Question for you Alexander. Is it only gold that doesn't tarnish underground? The reason I ask is I've found an old broken bottle , it looks hand blown and was near an old bottle furnace, it has a yellow metal ring around the neck, no hallmarks and completely untarnished...any ideas? X
Loving your channel Alex. I tell you what, it must be costing you a fortune buying and hiding these objects! I’m joking! I had a great day last week, 3 hammerred coins ranging from Henry III through Richard II to Liz first. All within 30 feet of each other!
Imagine who owned that ring and how it came to be there? it certainly wasn't a medieval peasant! must have been nobility, the church or maybe a knight?! Let us follow it's next journey please Alex. Thanks
Yes please do create some content following the treasure process. This ring would be a great chance to do so.
Brilliant find. Congratulations! Would love to see the follow up process.

That is a chunky, thick ring!
Wow! Beautiful.
The condition of the ring is amazing! What a fabulous find! Love the iron age pin too. I'm off to look at electronic hand warmers now lol. 😂

That ring is just stunning Alexander. Could be something to do with Belgium. Just a guess though.

Amazing finds as usual. Have you tried to take a rubbing of the ring to record the writing?
Gold is always a great day, well done
Alex Bliss is a former FLO from, I think, Suffolk and really knows his stuff.
