It just depends on the location and trainers. Certain ones will roll out the red carpet for you and others will not. Sounds like you went to one of those that didn’t. I love 9Round though, it’s intense after the first workout and you start learning the movements of kickboxing and the combos. You can’t really compare to CrossFit though because it’s a totally different workout! As far as pricing goes, they all vary but you have to see the value in it. 30 min full body workout/ no class time(that won me over) and it’s a bonus that the workout changes daily. Sorry you didn’t get a killer workout, it’s not for everybody.
huh, that’s weird, when I went the first time before my surgery they had dumbbells and medicine balls at some of the stations, did they not have those when you went there?
Alex Mojarro yeah, considering you already do CrossFit I can see why this didn’t appeal to you but I’m not into that just yet because it’s way too difficult for me, I’ll stick with 9 Round for now because I like the fact you don’t need to schedule an appointment and you always get a trainer to work with you, as long as you go at a less crowded time that is.

That sounds like a lot of money. For that money you can find a decent kickboxing gym or a crossfit box. I am assuming Pasadena's and San Diego's market should be around the same.
Nayeli Gonzalez Yeah Pasadena is a expensive area. So leasing a store plus paying your trainers is going to be more expensive for owners and that means they have to charge high membership

It's like kickboxing movements, then he describes the body weight moves. It is not kickboxing, the moves are karate kicks and boxing punches.
You correct they don't warm up and not once have I seen them stretch in any type of sport stretching is very. important
They try to say jump rope is your stretch or you can stretch before you come
