i'm curious to see how this video performs on this channel... i don't react to US livestream music too much, but i usually listen to it outside of doing videos. but this time i didnt even make a thumbnail for this one..i just did an edit & posted it. curious to see how the viewer's receive it.. i never felt the wrath of the swifties before.. idk we'll see lol i try to mix things up on this channel so i dont get bored!! THAT'S WHY i do so many different styles of music for my reaction videos... ok enjoy, love you 🍀
Don’t be scared of the Swifties. The majority of us are just here for the music and your interpretation. Thee are some toxic Swifties that get all upset if you don’t notice every single thing going on in the lyrics and video. But a lot of the lines in the song make more sense to her fans so you may not catch the all. I love new perspectives to Taylor Songs from people who don’t know what the song is an out and who it was written about. Great reaction!
@@hondable21 you can shit talk Swfit's music and production, but saying her lyricism is "poor" is just straight up lies. That or your brain isn't developed enough to understand her songwriting, idk
Ethan hawke and Josh Charles’s were the doctors when they were working on Taylor and they both were in a movie called “Dead Poets Society” which is an homage to Taylor’s new Album “The Tortured Poets Department”
The black Dog is an easter egg lol; another track on her new album, Great catch with Ethan Hawke-Josh Charles from "Dead Poets Society" intentional of course.
I’m a 66yo guy whose fave, prior to Taylor, was Metallica (but I’ve always had wide-ranging tastes in music). I love this album and I love hearing your insights into music production so I've subscribed hoping that you might consider reacting to more TSwift songs. As you can see in several of the comments below, a lot of random people hate her and/or think she is overrated. I say "random" people because - so far as I've seen - the haters never know much of anything about her discography and they are almost never experts in any relevant fields - songwriters, poets, music producers, professional musicians, voice coaches, etc. Thus I'm interested in hearing your honest insights into what makes her great or not-so-great, once you start paying close attention to what she's doing. In addition to the official lyric videos from this album (TTPD), there are a few classic fan fave music videos and live performance videos you should consider reacting to as well: Look What You Made Me Do (official music video) ua-cam.com/video/3tmd-ClpJxA/v-deo.html Don't Blame Me - Taylor Swift • Reputation Tour ua-cam.com/video/seOJleBbf-U/v-deo.html Reputation Stadium Tour movie: intro + "ready for it?" ua-cam.com/video/2QJaf6qq8jQ/v-deo.html Exile (Long Pond Sessions) ua-cam.com/video/o5SQIECedTY/v-deo.html
I'm a long time follower since AOT reaction videos. When this song came out I watched multiple reaction videos to this song and I always thought, 'Man I wish Joey would react to this, but he probably won't coz this type of music is not his thing'. I'm glad you did this :) Loved it! ❤
love how you are analyzing the song as well as adding some comic relief, it seems so natural too, makes me want to watch all of your reactions to just anything lol, and as well as your comedy on your streams, i can say you were def born to do this, you know what's phenomonal? YOU SIR
Moon Night and Fortnight probably is a coincidence, but what was definitely intentional was casting Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles in this video. You must remember that “Fortnight” is from Taylor's latest album titled “The Tortured Poets Department,” and Hawke and Charles both starred in the movie “Dead Poets Society.”
I've learned so much about how to listen to the production on songs by watching reaction videos like yours. Thanks for taking the time to do this song. Taylor has so many more that I think you'd enjoy digging into. Her TTPD is very heavy lyrically, with pared back, subtle productions. Her Reputation or Midnights albums might be better to sample for production experiences. Regardless, hoping you wade in further to Taylor's discography, the water's just right ;)
id love to see a reaction to the production in down bad, so high school, i can do it with a broken heart, the black dog, or the prophecy from her new album!
Please check out RM's new album 🙏🏼 It's another really different sound from him and the instrumentation is super interesting! Would love your thoughts (especially the b-side tracks, lots of creative stuff on there imo)
I don't get why Taylor is number 1 in the world when there are artists out there who deserve that number one spot. Don't get me wrong, I love Taylor but she's too overrated. Her new album is meh. Heck even Billies new album Hit Me Hard and Soft is better. My favorite Taylor album is Lover probably.
If you feel TTPD is "meh" then it's not for you. On the first day it was released, I also think this is not a good album of her, but a few days later I knew this is pure art. And if you wanna comment about an album, especially when you don't like it, don't drop another album name and compare them bruh.
As a fan I can tell you it takes several listens to really get into her albums. They are long and complex. Anything but meh once you dig into the lyrics and those melodies sink into your brain.

Keep reacting to Taylor. All her videos are fire.
@@LittleMissEnchanted yes!!!! Down Bad and Whose Afraid of Little Old Me” would be good from this album
I'm not gonna lie, hearing you're analysis for all of tortured poets department would be really cool. Maybe even the anthology? (pretty please)
Oh god please no, the poor lyricism and absurdity will bore him 😂
@@hondable21 you can shit talk Swfit's music and production, but saying her lyricism is "poor" is just straight up lies. That or your brain isn't developed enough to understand her songwriting, idk
tbh, i love when producers do a deep dive into albums in general, it’s the best thing
@@hondable21 Poor lyricism is the last thing you should say to criticize this album. Call her vocals out first. They were a bit bland.
Omg just the anthology it's the better half
Ethan hawke and Josh Charles’s were the doctors when they were working on Taylor and they both were in a movie called “Dead Poets Society” which is an homage to Taylor’s new Album “The Tortured Poets Department”
Don't forget the film came out in 1989, Taylor's birth year. The stars were aligned, weren't they
You need to check out her song who’s afraid a little old me
The black Dog is an easter egg lol; another track on her new album, Great catch with Ethan Hawke-Josh Charles from "Dead Poets Society" intentional of course.
Down Bad, from TTPD. Sci-fi sounds
This is the perfect song for driving around at night. It really sneaks up on you.

Taylor Swift is the queen of the bridge. Honestly her music will be studied and broken down for music students in the future.
You should definitely listen to Viral Hit opening

Can you watch and listen to the song rondo across countless kalpas
this one is not even close to be the best song of the album, you should hear The anthology The black dog is my fav the melody is just perfect.
U gonna react to Death of Slim Shady album?
bro what do you think about reacting to some of the eurovision songs, for example this year's winner "nemo - the code"?
I think the song is very musicly interesting and touches different genres and I am just curious what would you have to say to your european fam 😎

Like always Taylor giving us the same plain, tasteless music in the industry! She never dissapoints 😂🥰🥰
It is a commercicial. Taylor is a pharma who5e.
