Love you John! Every lesson rocks, the subtle nuances, fills, and insights as well as different chord shapes have taken my playing over the top. The typical things the other guys are playing in the jam sessions seem beginner now. Now if I can master the thumb over the top of the fretboard, I will really be on another level. Obviously you’re a excellent player and teacher …you’re adding bass notes in the. Am7 to G that aren’t ( I dont hear Anyways) in the studio recording ….is this lesson on a live version? Or are you Embellishing on your own?

I don't quite understand why good guitarists get this so wrong - 2nd and 3rd chords in the progression are SLIDES (no slide first chord) Great vid otherwise!!
