TLDR: 2 pc marechaussee hunter 2 pc HP or 4 pc marechaussee hunter is better. Your team could work, but i recommend focusing on either pyro or electro not both. 2 pc Golden troupe increases elemental skill damage, Neuvillette focuses on charged attacks, elemental skill damage is not a major part of his kit so it's pretty much useless on him. Your best option would be to use 2 pc marechaussee hunter and 2 pc HP bonus. But since you already have a 2 pc marechaussee hunter, you might as well go for a 4 piece since the bonus crit rate is good enough to outweigh better substats. As for your team, while both Fischl and Xianlging could work great with Neuvillette, I wouldn't really recommend having them both on the same team, since it would make a mess of your reactions. I think you should have one of them only in your team, and the last slot should be healer/shielder. You could also try Xiangling, Kazuha, Bennet, to focus on your Xiangling's damage and get +15% attack from pyro. But your team could work, just might not be the most optimal.
