You should put foundation cause ur lips are too pigmented cause of which real shade of the lippie is hard to guess or gets manipulated
Putting foundation will lighten the actual colour of the lipstick. Morever i put 2-3 coats of the lipstick. Pigmentation is no question after that!
@@thelifedote i didnt know that , umm ohky if thats the case but i see nikkie tutorials and shreya jain (sjlovesjewelry) doing this trick all the time thats why gave you the same suggestion.
@@Nidz2707 you can do that for a full opaque finish and to cover the pigmentation. But it twiks the shade colour a bit. If you have noticed, shreya jain too swatches with and without makeup. You can see the shade difference i am taking about. Covering up your lip with a foundation and then going with a lip colour is great if you are going out. My purpose is to show the shades closest to how they look. So i donot apply base makeup.

Kay Beauty is ridiculously overpriced.
Its good quality though. If you want quality, you have to pay more. If you want lakme quality, just buy that
