You don't have to kill the enkanomiya bosses at the same time, that was only for the 2.5 event If you kill one early it'll just go vibe in the water then die of emotional damage when you kill the other

Her burst has a bug so she doesn't do much damage. In some boss fights, it doesn't make any damage at all! However, Hoyoverse said that they will fix it in the next update. Still, I'm gonna pull her anyways.
