/i personally never bashed her, and most people around my view list didnt. I think its just that her kit has not have enough supports to justify pulling for her yet
She WILL do damage however, but we dont have enough dendro characters that can help her with that

I mean, the people I saw talking about her kit are mostly right though.
Like Nilou's is alright I guess, like A or B+ tier at best, but she most likely will get better with Kusanali.
But for me I personally wouldn't pull for her, unless I randomly get her at early pity on a rerun. ^ ^
Edit: I did end up getting Nliou by accident, and no not because I was building pity, my thumb hit the triangle button and did a multi pull, instead of pushing the circle button to back out.
And I'm honestly not mad about it tbh, since I got her at 36 pity. XD

yes, even when i just got ayaka at ar 28 and i went to fight that boss with no idea abt its mechanics. even though it took like 10 minutes to kill it i have never seen that atk

It happens when you get very far away from it.
You don't have to kill the enkanomiya bosses at the same time, that was only for the 2.5 event
If you kill one early it'll just go vibe in the water then die of emotional damage when you kill the other

Her burst has a bug so she doesn't do much damage. In some boss fights, it doesn't make any damage at all! However, Hoyoverse said that they will fix it in the next update. Still, I'm gonna pull her anyways.
How does a bug like that slip through to patch??
