    Tupac recorded this song because before his death he was shot five times in New York and he accuses one of his friends who was then biggie smalls or Big Papa from bad boy records of being a part of it. he was most furious at biggie smalls because he had helped him to get in to the rap game as an artist.. this started a feud between death row West Coast California record label and all of the artists on it against the East Coast bad boy record label from New York in which P. Diddy or Puff Daddy who is also Sean puffy Combs was the owner of bad boy and Suge Knight was the owner of death row which spreads into a feud between the entire West Coast of America and the east coast of America in the 1990s and certain rap artists from these Coast.
