1x question. yesterday my treadmill started smoking. now I lubricated it under the tread, reset the screen - oil - and cleaned the engine if there was dust in the front. do I need to do something extra? is it safe will it no longer smoke? thank you

I just bought a second hand treadmill. This video helps. When I run I feel like I'm gonna fall. The belt is loose. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. Maybe needs to be lubricated?

p.s. if you don't lubricate aka silicone spray or oil under the belt ,after 160hours of use it will heat up and expand ,because its a rubber !!!

Покупал в Зоне Спорта тренажер , там при установке всё смазывали если память не изменяет. Но тем не менее лишним не будет.

We used lubricant on our last treadmill and it quit working altogether. The manual on this one says no lube needed.
