I don’t understand most of this watching all 18 as a teaser for level 7 as I begin to inculcate 1 through 8 but it’s Freakin’ Amazing!

Actually, this is two versions Pak Vic taught in the 1990's ~ there were others.

These Djuru's look like made up interpretations of the Djuru's that Pendekar Paul taught. As if just the basic shapes have been vaguely learned and forgotten and then recreated. There are several technical problems with many of the motions and some of the most important ideas are not shown here as if it was never learned. I'm not sure when the elbow strikes started to look like Thai Boxing elbows, but that's completely wrong. The sungsut (shuffle hook) does not extend that far and it wouldn't make sense to make the motion that big. This is really a horrible and embarrassing fake art that was made up to make money. Clearly there is no actual understanding of Serak and this kind of thing makes Silat look stupid and fake.

Sigung Gartin, I'm very impressed with the 'American system of Kuntao Silat'. However, this was a very bad presentation!! Starting with that corny circus music in the background!!! And the slipshot attitude, of the presenter demonstrating those Jurus.
