Not to mention employers on #LinkedIn are posting jobs for which that they aren’t actually hiring. #GhostJobs
Always the burden is on the worker. Sick of it!!!
Preach!
Everyone I talk to wants to pivot or applying to get a pay bump. Its the only way these days. Loyalty is not rewarded.
No way its 1 for every 2. They can't even hire teachers!
First it was get skills. Then learn to communicate. Then network. Now “be a storyteller.” While I agree with the expert, I think she really means “throw a bunch of stuff at the wall and see what sticks.” Because the hiring process does not involve logic at this point.
Networking??? At my last job, I hated and was hated by most of my cowkers!!
The best way to hire is to get rid of the gatekeepers (resume bots) and meet people. The only thing bots can tell you is whether someone is good at writing a resume. And even then...#ghostjobs
How about employers pay employees stock options or profits from earnings?
Not one mention of AI? How can anyone consider her an expert? Yikes!
Well that was useless
In Tech it's 20 applicants for every 1 job. Trust me I know, I sent out over 60 applicants in two months.
Um 60 is for sure not enough unfortunately.
Cool
Isn’t it strategy? Not strategery 2:13
Can upload James Brown CBS sports playoffs please
So basically, if you want to get a better job, keep looking for one and be good at interviews.
She woke up, took a shower, got dressed, and traveled to the CBS studio to tell the world this.
My summary: Spend hours a day for months on job boards applying for jobs that either don't really exist or you never hear from after the interview.
Uh, no!
I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
