Wow, that actually worked. I think it was the DPI settings in the shortcut that did it, or maybe just running it as an Administrator, because I'd already tried everything else.

I've had BlueStacks for months, and it's worked great. But ever since literally 2 days ago, I open BlueStacks, and as soon as it finishes loading, it shows all my apps but then as soon as I touch the screen, it freezes and goes black. I tried doing the steps in this video, and it didnt work. Honestly, I think I messed up my computer doing this. Because I tried using a different android platform for PC, (It's called LDPlayer) and now its doing the same thing. Please, someone help me? PS. The only way I got it to work was when I tried re-installing BlueStacks, but then the next day, when I opened it, the same thing happened again

Hmm maybe you just have to get a backup and reset your pc I think you have messed with the main files in pc so try reset it but before that please take a backup
Thanks for the suggestions. Luckily, I got BlueStacks to work. I basically just uninstalled it for a week, updated my computer, and then re-installed it.
