- In this video I break down my strategy to sign my first client for the ecom agency. As a beginner with no experience, testimonials, or case studies I haven't been able to get my first client. So I came up with a plan to be able to do so and get the agency going. Im going to breakdown my SMMA offer and how Im going to do outreach to get sales calls.

Dont stop bro it will be worth it. I am exactly in the same loop and to get out of it i recommend a contractor who you can learn from or what i am doing myself a own ecom store to gain experience not to have the next big product but to get better in the things i do. Eventually you will find your way💪

Tip: Work with a contractor, while working with a contractor (Ask them first) but you should be able to use their case studies. We do this with my agency allowing us to close bigger clients. Goodluck.

@@juansmmajourney i got a contractor from the beginning they already know what to do. Over the years i figured it out myself so i create the strategies for them to follow.

you say that your offer is risk free as you wont charge service fees if roas is not the same or greater then before your service, but if in theory roas was worse after your service, wouldn't the company lose money? Who is going to make up for that loss in cash?
That’s true, in that case the business would lose a bit of cash, not as much but yeah you’re right they would still lose money
So what's 'ROAS'?
ROAS is return on ad spend, so how much money you bring back for every dollar you spent on ads.
