Lovely video Magali and I know you're wise enough to know this but as someone who trabsitiohed to working and living solo and struggled with balance for a long time, it really helped to be rigid with my 8hour of sleep, 8 of work 8 of other leisure, self care and home management activities. Sticking to this made me actually professionally and personally more productive and peaceful
