On their website they have a video showing you have to use hardware tools like a clamp to break off. Since its made like a regular silver round and not thin like valcambi products, you wont just be able to do by hand. You still made a good purchase though. you have the fractional option, you just have to put in a little extra effort to get it. But the pure silver content is there. & The premium was not bad either considering the upcharge of some others that break off. I just 10 for myself happy i did
Talked to them can not return and said use pliers I did it is in a you tube clip I just posted did not work either asked them if they used pliers in their adds they said no, oh dang
JM emailed me said use pliers I asked did you use them in your ad , they said no ahh and no return after 5 days going to a clip showing the pliers as I was told to use
