It’s in Eastern Indonesia (Maluku, and West Papua).
The Mollucan Islands are inside Indonesia. Most Dutch-Mollucans don’t want to be associated with Indonesian so they call them selves Mollucan or Ambonese. That’s because a lot of Mollucans were allied with the Dutch in the ‘Indonesian War of Independence’ of 1945-1949 (very simplified). Most Mollucans in The Netherlands are from that generation.
Mollucans in Indonesia do consider them selves Indonesian and Mollucan ofcource (high pride). But the videoclip was shot in West Papua, Indonesia at the most Western tip of West Papua close to the Maluku Islands, hence the name.
In Indonesia, the more West you go, the more Asian it gets, the more East you go the more Pacific-Islander(Melanesian) it gets.
There are more than 350+ cultures out there, but most people only see Java or Bali when they think about Indonesia.
