Regarding Katya Zamolodchikova's verse in Read U Wrote U, it seems she's referencing Lenin as a revolutionary (as she is in public) and Dostoevsky as a romantic (as she is in bed). It's smart, well-written and sounds really good, I love it. Could be Top 3 easily

I think another part of shea coulee's category is verse is how crazy the ending is. Like when I first heard "I'm shea coulee and I always...." I expected her to say slay but later I realized it was connecting to ru's lyrics, saying "i always... bring it to the runway" but at the same time its leaving it kind of open to your own interpretation of what she's always doing
