1 query, attacker_king 1 (House Stark) won in Riverslands. Then how come it's not in output?
Similarly defender_king 4(House Greyjoy) also won in The North, this is also not in output. Correct shall be below

one doubt, when I'm doing partitionby on house and region instead of groupBy I'm getting 2 duplicates records, any idea why?

Partition does not reduce the number of rows.
