I think gene Shen knows him,they both operate in the same analytics circles but I believe Halaby is stronger in player personnel analytics. They both attend same analytics conferences.😊 Also Harris,Shen,and Halaby all went to Harvard.😊

There has been an argument JDR defense too complicated, and in an attempt to simplify, he switched to man coverage, with a team full of zone defenders. So lets see what RR can do, is it the scheme or the players? At least we get more film for end of year analytics.
