And he doesn't easily fall for usual anime tropes. ...Though there was one accidental walk in... but the blame was directed on Chris Yukine and not him, even though he expected in his mind for a beating.
Ryukendo is really good and it does fits Symphogear's mystical artifact theme. But, it's not really a popular series unfortunately. I'm guessing people of this age might not even heard of it.

Fun fact: Aoi Yuuki (the voice of Hibiki) played the younger version of Mari Sonada in Kamen Rider Faiz
and Mari and Masato (the main user of the Kaixa Gear) were childhood friends, so having Hibiki use the Kaixa Gear is a perfect fit.

Also, Hibiki date of birth is also henshin/transform code for Kaixa
Always loved Kaixa's slow-mo -> dash attacks.
The only little thing they miss is not having Hibiki and Kanade saying henshin for transform and Tsubasa not saying check for finisher
Funny thing... I was reading a fanfic that crossed those two series, particularly 'Faiz'... "Kamen Rider Faiz: Song of Paradise'...
