Scallop roe is actually quite tasty but it depends on the type of scallop. It’s usually taken off scallops from the North Atlantic but the roe of scallops harvested from the North Sea is mild and sweet. Really tasty. By taking it off, Americans are literally halving the yield of their scallops.
Interesting fact Season 9 is the first season to have every black jacket chef produce a good dish. Paul is also the first winner to produce a good signature dish. Yes Heather’s wasn’t bad but it still got criticism
Megan was a killer. Easily the best chef they’ve ever had on the show. I think she won nine of 11 challenges that year, and the only reason she lost the 10th is because they switched your team. Ramsey only got onto her once in the entire series and it was one table, he never said anything to her again for the rest of the show.

4:03 that actually is an Indian dish or more specifically a West Bengal, Bengali dish. Probably you can find it in other parts if India that eats fish a lit but it's definitely an Indian dish. Gordon failed his GK about India.
The current season had the lowest score on the signature dish was a ‘3’. I would have actually wanted a bad score, as the majority of winners tanked the signature dish challenge.
