Clearly inspired by asian martial arts. Even sticked to traditional postures, like the Karate stand at 1:15:10. Surely a good idea to practice some basic movements. Myself, I did Bujinkan many years. We'd go into nature too, you immediately realize how difficult it gets when your not on flat ground like back in the lessons.
