Kip, there's nothing better than to witness a family working together for a common cause....and learning the priceless value of a good work ethic. Legislating a tax structure that encourages young Americans to take up the profession of farming (dairy, beef, grain and agriculture in general) and being able to run their own farm is sorely needed in this country. Mega farms can not provide and facilitate individual ownership of farms and the land needed to accomplish that ownership. Freedom, pride and perfection is in the ownership of one's own land and family operation. "Let's Go!"

It and feeding and caring for pigs is one of the best ways to learn responsibility because both the jobs are every day, twice a day and repiticious.so it locks the whole proccess going in in one s head.

Just love how you treat and admire your cows ,and they are very impressive !!! Getting those young guys involved will decide pretty early if the dairy business is for them ,it will at the very least teach them how to work and be responsible people !!! Sounds funny but many adults have no idea how to properly operate a a pitchfork or a shovel to make the work easier !! I'd agree that those silo's probably help keep you in shape wether you like it or not !! Hahahaha Hows dad handling loosing his best girl ? I know you're all suffering but keep dad close , thinking of you all !!

Good Morning Kip, Happy Sunday to you and your Family. Good to see the next generation come aboard, that's how I started milking when I was younger 9-10 years old, I remember the calf barn was our job to keep clean all calves fed and watered. At the age of 55 I still enjoy working with cattle and farming. And your right going up and down silo's and Harvestore definitely keeps you in shape. Well back to more farm work and fire watch, we have three major fires burning around us but haven't got Middletown California yet. We're under just a warning for evacuation, but got more thunderstorm and lightning come again in next day or two but staying positive. Anyway Kip great video and you and your family have a great Sunday. Rooster J Acres Middletown California

When the cows coming in to get milk the doorway looks too narrow for them it looks like they can get hurt is there anyway you can fix that I know you probably been doing that for years but it looks like the cows are taking a lot more energy getting up there and they're getting wore out
