    I do 2.5 hours of cardio everyday. 30 mins on my way in to work, and 2 hours on my way home. I'm not looking for super quick results at this time because I am really big and want to lose weight slowly so my skin can keep up. I so respect how fit you are and admire how you are helping people. 👍

      I hope your plan has been working well. Have you thought of utilizing the Keto diet? It's a low carb diet, which depending on how active you are now, may benefit you and slightly speed up the weight loss. Since while exercise is important, diet is just as important.

    Thank you so much for teaching how so many tend to focus on what the legs are doing and not the abdominal muscle.
    For people to know the difference between Hip Flexor Exercises to Abdominal Exercises. And, when using and doing Hip Flexes can cause lower back strain and pain.
    I see so many people here on YouTub with motivation and exercise videos that do not understand the difference and they are two different muscles and muscle groups. Meaning one way can cause a person problems and not primarily focusing on the Abdominals, and the other is making the Abdominals your primary muscle working to get much better results.
    For those who want to learn more Google the two muscles and the action, movement they cause with contraction. You will find the hip flexors are made up of a group of 2 muscles called Iliopsoas, the Iliacus and Psoas Major. The Psoas Major, connects to your lower back. So, each time doing an exercise with these muscles, when a person is bending/flexing at the hip, the are also causing strain on their lower back.
    Your video is the only on I have seen explain this common mistake that even well trained, experienced, and even yes educated people are doing and should not.
    I first learned it on my own, through doing personal research. Though my Personal Trainer Certifications, Exercise Science Degree, Biology Degree, and Physical Therapy Assistance background. Even with these backgrounds no all teach the importance of this, or at best gloss over it quickly with only a quick subtotal statement.
    Keep up the good work and education in this field.

      @@maxsson1188 It is highly possible. Since when you go onto a low carb (and low sugar) diet, or something similar to a Keto diet, you are taking away the sugar that your body breaks down, which is carbs. Since you don't have any incoming energy to break down, it takes it from your fat. And with cardio exercises, especially running, you will quickly burn off fat. Then when you do muscle work outs, the fat starts to "melt" off and reveal your muscles. But this diet may not be for everyone, nor may it be as effective for everyone. It is best to analyze your lifestyle and adjust your diet that way. You can have a modified keto diet, or low carb diet, just gotta know how to adjust it.

    Hi im very motivated to change my body ,because I really wanna look good next summer without t--shirt, so I have been watching these plans you are selling to people and I have a couple of questions , so the first is that I don't take any supplements, can I still get shredded without taking supplements to next summer? The second is what your diet recommendations give me , like what is it it tells me, like some meals or like that, and the last thing is that I'm 15 years old, so that's why I don't take any supplements,

    • @lucas0835
      @lucas0835 7 років тому +8

      Helio Tafur First off, you really don't need supplements to get shredded. Supplements are a waste of time if you have a poor diet. When I was 15 the only thing I would take was protein and BCAAs. I learned how to cook and I had a clean diet. Supplements are really just a luxury item. They help you if you're already taking the necessary steps you need (training, diet, etc). If your parents will let you cook at home then start looking up some tutorials on cooking. Look up some food prep guides and start going off of those. Vince's website has a free guide to all the macros you need depending on your body type so you can get started. Simple is also better, keep that in mind. If you have any more questions feel free to ask

    • @heliotafur1184
      @heliotafur1184 7 років тому +2

      Lucas083 thanks for the answer, but the thing is that I don't take any BCAA , and the only way I can get my protein is eating meals , everything natural, but there is another thing too that I wonder, it's about where can I found these meals that contains very much proteins . Vince if you see this please answer the question I asked before about your diet guide and how it works if I buy it. Thanks

    • @lucas0835
      @lucas0835 7 років тому +5

      Helio Tafur Like I said before, you don't need supplements at all. You can get shredded without supplements. Eat food for your nutrients. Eating regular food will be more beneficial than any supplement you will ever take

    • @heliotafur1184
      @heliotafur1184 7 років тому +4

    • @Icanfigureitoutintime
      @Icanfigureitoutintime 7 років тому +1

      Helio Tafur Don't skip your leg workout. Get into your leg workout slowly and they will not only burn the weight off but you will learn to work them without serious fatigue and the soreness that makes most like this guy skip legs and just buy pants ball caps and ruffees. But seriously work your back and legs and you'll meet your goals in record time.

    Thanks for the tips. Working on my abs and the lower ones have been harder to hit. Appreciate it. Thankfully I'm naturally skinny so that helps. I accidentally lost 22 lbs a d didn't even want to just from doing the workouts I've been doing. Kinda pissed about that, but I suppose that'll help my abs show better in the end. I don't have much equipment at home so things like this help. Thanks again.
