Brake shoes,,, very good sir. Even if service centers put brake shoes, scooters braking vl not be good. May be not genuine . Riding on honda dio/ activa with weak brakes makes it dangerous even with new ones. So Plz make video as to how to make brakes quite effective.
Bro after sanding it down. Can we add 2 groves on the pad ? Just like on the disk pads ? I guess this Will improve the braking a bit and the dust will be held in the groove . What do you say ?
Aapne kaam kha seekha hai ....and please tell about ki piston and piston kit kha se purchase kre kon si better hai ....and during engine rebuilding kon kon c gasket tubes ka use kre during packing ......and piston rings ko kese properlly bethai

Bro maine new brake pads lagaya front and rear mein aur wheel rim mein sand paper use kiya aur complete cleaning kiya par abhi bhi brake itna efficient nhi hai aur lever bhi hard hai meine lever bhi loose kiya hun... Kya mujhe brake cable change karne hoga kya braking smooth karne ke liye...?

Aage waale brake lagaane pr vibration aati hain to chance hai ki aage ke wheel ke bearing, tire pressure, aage ke shocker or con set me se kisi me problem hai... Check krva lo bhai... Or rollers me thoda thoda grease almost sabhi mechanics lagaana prefer krte hain

No, it's not normal... Don't tight them that much and if they aren't effective enough without that much tightening then it's time to change the brake pads and inspect the brake drum as well.
Sir recently I got my TV's vego back brake shoes changed at Bangalore service center,but I find that after driveing for about 5km the brake drum gets heated up very badly,why is this happening please advise.Regards R.K.Dinesh

Brake ki jo rod aati hai jo brake shoes ko push krti hai uski position change hone ki vajah se ho sakta hai... Chance to nhi hain pr fir bhi agar liner galat laga diya ho to bhi ho sakta hai or liner change krte hain tab pad bhi change krne hote hain... Check all these... Mil jaayega aapko problem

Poorana liner cut kr ke naya liner fit karte hain... Gas welding to saayad hoti nhi hai.... Or hoti bhi hai to maine vo waala kabhi karaya nhi hai... Lekin agar lever me problem aa rhi hai to yaa to uski setting shi nhi h yaa fir brake shoe mein issue hai

No, it's not normal... Don't tight them that much and if they aren't effective enough without that much tightening then it's time to change the brake pads and inspect the brake drum as well.

Starter clutch and clutch hub... Ye 2 or check krva lo bhai or agar knocking ka sound aata hai than vo piston ka sound hai.
