Good video, need a recipe/hydration level etc, and also need to see the bread when you cut into it. It has to have a good crumb, and taste good too... From my experience, this bread is pretty firm when you are scoring it this easily, and that makes me wonder what it looks like on the inside, close up. Thanks!
Krista’s Kitchen : It is turn good. I have to work on my scoring. I’m happy. I hope you will post soon your sourdough bread recipe . Mine is spreading a little too much.
quick question do you spray your dough with water? i'm wondering if this is why mine doesn't come out as white as yours. also do you cook it in a dutch oven first? do you have a recipe somewhere?
I don’t spray my DO or my dough. It just sticks to the dough ever so slightly. If you’re having trouble with it vanishing crack the lid of your Dutch oven.
Can this also be done with was regular bread dough just as easily? And my other question is was your Dutch oven heated oven temp before you put your bread in?
If I do not bake in a dutch oven can I till let it rise on parchment paper with the string already laid out before it rises? Then tie it up, flour lightly and score? Would that work? Thanks in advance....
Krista’s Cottage - well done! I must try this out when the weather is cooler. I’ll make pumpkin sourdough and decorate with this pattern. Great inspiration.
@@bettychan7511 What recipe to do you use for pumpkin sourdough? I am trying to find a recipe i can look at for how to compensate for hydration, as I bake Gluten Free.
Awesome!
Beautiful work of art! 💖

Beautiful! I love thisŚ
Absolutely gorgeous!
I saw a picture somewhere where they had put a cinnamon stick in the top to make it look like a pumpkin. That is really gorgeous ❤❤❤
Hi beautiful loaf! How do you stop the bread having a blow out spot? Without a functional score my breads rise alot and blow out
Thank you. Beautiful pattern, I’m definitely going to try this with my next loaf!
You’re welcome!! I’m glad that you like it.
Excellent video and beautiful loaf. Thank you.
Thank you so much!
Beautiful loaf on the outside anyway.
looks great, love the sound of the string peeling off haha
Stunning bread - and your tutorial is very clear.
I'll be trying this out very soon....just need to find a suitable string,/twine.
Thank you !
Pringle Dingle Mine is just regular old cotton butcher or kitchen twine. Thank you for the sweet comments!! 🥰
Beautiful decorative cuts. Do you need those deep expansion cuts I see?

Thank you! Awesome decoration, very well explained! Can I get the recipe of this amazing sourdough bread anywhere? Thanks

WOW!
Beautiful, work of art.
Thank you so much!!
Hello! I was just about to ask how you prevents the fuzz and then I watched that part again. :) I will try twisting it next time! Thank you.
Also, do you think if we put some olive oil n the twine strings it won't stick to the bread?
Beautiful job. I will try it on my next bread
Thank you! Let me know how it goes! 🥰

Patricia Molnar Fougere I am working on my recipe video! I will be posting it tomorrow. 🥰
Very nice, what are the dimensions for the proofing basket? Thank you

You didn’t mention the Temperature.
What are you baking it before you bring it down to 475?
Is the contrast from the rice flour?
Which recipe is this? Do you preheat your dutch oven? Thanks
I do preheat my Dutch oven. I don’t preheat for any longer than my oven takes to heat up though.
Wonderful! How do you get it in the Dutch oven? Just lift the the strings or place in by hands on the side?
I hold on to the edges of the parchment paper and lower it in.
Can this also be done with was regular bread dough just as easily? And my other question is was your Dutch oven heated oven temp before you put your bread in?
Yes it doesn’t have to be sourdough. And normally the Dutch oven is preheated w the oven. Not sure if that’s what she did in this video or not

Yes you answered both questions. Thank you

I think that should work!! If you try it let me know.
How do I avoid the twine from getting stuck on the dough? I used cooking twine but some of it got stuck on the bread.
How long do you let it rise in the fridge?
😍👍
What is the hydration of your dough? I believe high hydration may not be easy for handling with this arrangement. Thanks
All of my scoring videos are done with 80% hydration dough. :)
