    I saw a picture somewhere where they had put a cinnamon stick in the top to make it look like a pumpkin. That is really gorgeous ❤❤❤

    Hi beautiful loaf! How do you stop the bread having a blow out spot? Without a functional score my breads rise alot and blow out

    Good video, need a recipe/hydration level etc, and also need to see the bread when you cut into it. It has to have a good crumb, and taste good too... From my experience, this bread is pretty firm when you are scoring it this easily, and that makes me wonder what it looks like on the inside, close up.

    quick question do you spray your dough with water? i'm wondering if this is why mine doesn't come out as white as yours. also do you cook it in a dutch oven first? do you have a recipe somewhere?

      I don’t spray my DO or my dough. It just sticks to the dough ever so slightly. If you’re having trouble with it vanishing crack the lid of your Dutch oven.

      I do preheat my Dutch oven. I don’t preheat for any longer than my oven takes to heat up though.

      I hold on to the edges of the parchment paper and lower it in.

    Can this also be done with was regular bread dough just as easily? And my other question is was your Dutch oven heated oven temp before you put your bread in?

      Yes it doesn’t have to be sourdough. And normally the Dutch oven is preheated w the oven. Not sure if that’s what she did in this video or not

    If I do not bake in a dutch oven can I till let it rise on parchment paper with the string already laid out before it rises? Then tie it up, flour lightly and score? Would that work? Thanks in advance....

    How do I avoid the twine from getting stuck on the dough? I used cooking twine but some of it got stuck on the bread.

      All of my scoring videos are done with 80% hydration dough. :)
