Gonna be honest, I think this is a pretty bad take on the tank. You say it doesn't reward skill yet half the times you did poorly were a result of you sitting in front of people and letting them shoot you because you thought your armor was impenetrable. Just looking at it in the garage should tell you its lower plate isnt too hard for higher tier tanks to pen and in that one round you were angled so poorly against that nemesis that he couldn't possibly bounce. Honestly I think the Is7 has more foolproof armor than this thing considering its lack of turret weakspots. If you know how to wiggle your armor and over angle your lower plate this thing just prints steel wall medals, even against better players.
If wiggling is all it take to defeat a skilled player, than my points that it has “dummy armor” still remains. Just fire at it and hope you hit a weak spot. It was designed that way because WG knew that a lot of new players who don’t know what they are doing would buy one. Instead of encouraging these player to work their ways up the tech trees and learn like we all did, they are being rewarded for spending money and sucking at the game.
@@CloneGuy But the armor doesn't work if you play like a "dummy", hence why when you see one of these tanks it either did really well or its at the bottom of your team. Because it is really easy to hit the weak spots if you don't angle or hide them, even in a tier 8 (ive killed 3 in my altproto amx 30). To me, the phrase "dummy armor" would imply that its foolproof and that no matter how bad you play you'll bounce a lot. Tanks like the rogal dorn or e-100 or type 5 don't fit that description because if you just sit there you're gonna get turned into swiss cheese. Dummy armor is something like the leman russ where it has no lower plate and the "weak spots" are tiny and 250mm thick or the IS7 turret that has 0 weak spots. This tank is easy to kill if the person driving it has no idea what theyre doing and just sits in the open thinking they're invincible. You dont have to "hope" you hit a weak spot, it has 2 giant cupolas and a weak-ish lower plate. I mean, in the round where you got shot by the nemesis, if you hadnt pulled so far around the corner in the first place it would've been hard for him to hit your lower plate and since you got the northern spawn you can keep the larger of your two cupolas hidden behind the mountain. I get that you got screwed over by the tank that was preventing you from pulling back, but in such a slow tank that's visible from space I never would've pulled around that corner in the first place knowing some tier ten TD would probably be watching me. Players who are new and just buy the tier 10 are gonna get shit on just like I did when I was new and I bought the super pershing only to get annihilated in every round because I didnt know how to aim for other's weak spots and how to protect my own. Conversely, people who have played this game and have experience with heavily armored tanks that have weak spots (like the type 5 or e-100) will know how to play this tank properly and actually do decent with it.
Good for plebs with no intentions of grinding and learning. Bad for the original lovers of the game because now tier 5-7 is more competitive than tier 10
If this tank is anything like the Ross it is an amazing tank anybody who plays the Japanese heavies will know how to play this tank. If you play the KV you will be able to use this tank in an effective manner. It is a high height tank use that to your advantage. It has amazing frontal armor, and decent side armor use that to your advantage. Yes, it is slow much like the KV.s in the Japanese heavy s this is a tank that’s meant to support your fellow tanks. Try to stick with your heavy tanks. Don’t try to speed up with your light tanks. Take black and positions where you know that the enemy will go in order to stop them in their tracks and allow your team to flank or do damage this tank. I don’t own it, but I own the.Russ which is basically the same thing a secondary, and a little bit of smaller and that tank is an amazing tank
It’s what I call “dummy armor.” A fool can play it and win thanks to random weak spots while a knowledgeable player can play it, angle perfectly, and still die faster because of it. It’s the other end of the spectrum from the AVRE. Instead of auto damage, it’s auto armor.
Ew! Another one… The Limen Russ made me change my review. 10yrs believing they would stick to “tanks that existed on blueprint or in real-life.” Wanted a quality sim not an arcade game.
WoT has literally never been even remotely close to a Sim. If you want a more realistic experience, play war thunder. WoT has always been the CoD while War Thunder has been Battlefield
To clarify, this would be the first useful secondary weapon in WWII (excluding the double barrels). Cold War is full of good secondary weapon systems.
I didn’t realize Cold War was considered part of the game
@@CloneGuy Well, I play both modes, so... yeah... 😝
Part 2 of that review is coming up soon?.... You know.... with second turret.... Double barrels....
What is this madness?! I guess so. I had no idea
😂 can't wait
I ran into you in the Halloween event last year and was surprised
The combat is pleasurable, but the journey is martyrdom.

This is the path WG chose, good for some and bad for others.

This tank stops the autolockers from getting their cheap shots every shot but if you aim it isn't too hard to kill.
It's got another turret!
Crud. Time to whip it out again
You playing really early or late?

Ngl when I come up against this it’s curtains. For me Cba firing 3/4 shots at “weak spots” for one of the 3/4 to pen. Balanced as always WG 👍🏻

Looks cool but still gonna wait for 50% off.
The point to that tank is WOTC revenue, nothing else to say.
It’s almost like that’s how premium tanks have been designed from the start
Will it ever come out in Blitz??
You got it gifted to you didn’t you lol

It hurts my eyes and makes me sad. The hot wheel tanks had unrealistic camo, but at least the tanks were based off something.
Cry harder
@@ancataramee2442 game was way better before the rebuild and the fanfare, too. But, no, we gotta address soporiferous thoughts of an apathetic dimwit.

Why even bother to play most tier 8 anymore with these kind of tanks out, jeez..

Yet another op pile of crap
Stupid tanks🤠🤣
