I mean if you think about it, 60 miles isn't even that far, and I'm pretty sure the average highway speed in the US is 60mph (I'm not American so if it's wrong idk), it would only take about an hour going at a consistent speed, not to mention a train (which I am assuming is what William and Crying Child are travelling on) is going to be much slower, considering the multiple stops involved in a journey
