the plastic being fed into the screw looks clean and uniform.... how much processing does it take to get the plastic to that stage? Is this plastic processed from those large bales from recycling centers? Is that part of the process included in the 1.2M plant?
We had to buy plastic from the market and all we could find was sorted plastic. The equipment is not afraid of dirt.but it is afraid of PVC. Combined with humidity in plastic it makes acid and destroyed equipment
Since I sudjest this the plastic waste are still engrave to the dumpsite and cover by the soil but now the recycling is done by burning with out presence of air to convert it to fuel world wide but in my country doesn't do this here in the Philiphines
PVC generate hydrochloric acid and is corrosive for components. In our plant #MPP we realize a neutralization step for this acid so you can process also #PVC #Pyrolysis

No, because the catalyst cuts the long chains of the wax and makes liquid fuel
