Have you ever had a client that asked why she still has roots when she came for highlights? I had my first this week... Like bish I cant put the bleach in the foil on the root of your hair, it's a 1mm from the scalp.

Oh and she also just want to pay for 8 foils and doesn't want to pay for a toner but all her roots must be covered...😂
