My mom is 86 and in November this year had her first asthma attack. She had asthma decades ago and never thought anything of it, never used any inhalers or anything but it was scary. Was coughing and was taken into hospital and was told she has asthma. You should have seen her reaction 😂 she couldn't believe it 😂 she also had double pneumonia which I never thought was a thing but my mom had it 😂 she's a fighter and is recovering at home. Being a retired nurse she knows what goes on in hospital and is not a very good patient! This is a known thing about nurses! She literally gets out of bed to help others on the ward 😂 she's a character ❤ hope you are feeling better now. But take note if you ever feel off asthma is not a joke. Hugs from London UK xx 🙏🏼🇬🇧

Respiratory distress is pretty scary, I'm so glad you went to get checked 💛. A lot if people have asthma creep up after covid as well, and it can make allergic asthma even worse. Feel better
First, i hope you are feeling better. Second, there is a new outbreak called white lung syndrome. I heard kids here in the United States are getting it. Just be careful and always listen to your body.
Try to take it easy, always give yourself a break.

Absolutely! If you can't breathe, go to the ER. I had that one night. I called EMS and I had to go to the ER. GOOD THING! I was having a heart attack and needed open heart surgery 4 days later. Two days after that, I was having A- fib and was sent to surgery AGAIN for a pacemaker. So, if you cannot breathe, YOU GO!

I’ve been following you on Instagram and I see that you are in fact having to use the inhaler for asthma symptoms.
Please get an allergy or asthma specialist to screen you and make sure this is what’s going on with you.

Yes, being an RESP therapist myself, she is right, don’t let the wheeze go on too many days. Something must’ve triggered your asthma.

My allergies are bothering me never had them this time of the year! Must be that balloon China put I the air!
Can you talk about what the effects of that wheezing, if not checked out?
Not to be a downer but my wheezing became a copd episide and afib issue however afib was more concerning than coodvat them at time about 2 months ago. They wabtedvti put a diiporkatir in my chest but the testing didn't work they looked for clitsbin the cgestclunfs. Butbfoubd non. So I swans in hospital ubtilbthe doctor said my lungs were clear he didn't see anything.si I cane back home but I'm still afib. But on meds. However be cqmareful pay attention to dosage smash well as type if megabit had a higher dosage of blood pressure meds my new doctor just discovered I had too huh if a djsage and I was hallucuratibg bug tine. So it will take a week or more for the nedsbto leave my system. So I pray and thank gidbfir every morning that by wake up. Goid bless you husband Lincoln too such a beautuful addition to the family. Please pray for me and him wishing everybidy viewing to stay blessed gave a very Merry chrustmas and a prosperous bewbyeR. It so good to see yiurcmom guys. Wow. Thus was so wonderful. ne. in meds.

We take our dogs to the groomer. We tried it once but the result was matting so never again. I love all dogs but can't be around all dogs or in a house with shedding dogs because it will trigger my asthma. 4-5 hours is a long time when you have allergies and medicine can only do so much when you're staying in the trigger. I was diagnosed with asthma as a child as I got older is dissipate every time I would feel something I would leave the area and it would go away. I hadn't had an inhaler for over 25years until I moved from Illinois to Alabama. Lord this place sent me to the ER! No it never totally goes away. Don't underestimate the effects of animal hair exposure Gabriel. Love you guys!

Glad you're okay because you're the center of the family and your family needs you so get to the doctor sooner if possible. I think the traveling with all the plane germs could have escalated the condition, planes have a ridiculous abount of germs being encloses with all those people.
So many respiratory viruses are landing ppl in the ER in my state with a 12hr wait. Medical staff is urging ppl to mask up
Aweee poor babeeee❣ feel better.. I have the same history of asthma and recently had a flare up as well! Anxiety and doing too much can contribute also. If I lived out there I would offer to volunteer to help out just to take some of the load off your obligated to so much! God bless you and get better!
So sorry that this happened to you. A cousin of mine had something like this when she was small and outgrew it. When she entered high school she became a majorette and eventually became the first ever head majorette at the same high school that I attended. Later on she married and became a teacher and had two children who are now all grown up. Retired and doing well. Her parents were my dad's brother and a distant relative of ours through the same family that my mom's big brother married into. These things happen and health is priceless,indeed

OMG I just left my doctors today, with the same thing, I was diagnosed with bronchitis and a touch of asthma 🤦🏽♀️ and also had to have my first ever breathing treatment. This is crazy mines was going on for weeks before I saw my doctor I thought it was just symptoms of a cold I had early Nov. Wow I'm glad you are ok and we have to do a better job at listening to our bodies.

I feel you. I have had asthma attacks twice in my life. I’m in my fifties now, i don’t know when it will arise but I do know what triggers it, (pollen and dust) so I have my inhaler close by. The crazy thing is the first time I was 6, 2nd time I was in my thirties so it may or may not happen again but I have learned from having an allergist is to keep up with your pulmonary tests to see if your air capacity in your lungs are normal.

Three years ago just as covid came on the scene…I was diagnosed with double pneumonia… I was wheezing and did not even know it..trying to catch your breath is not a pleasant feeling. Feeling like someone is sitting on your chest is scary. After six days of hospitalization and high fever..hallucinations…antibiotics, etc. WOW! Glad you finally got checked out at the hospital and you are hopefully on the mend. As a mom, you’re always putting your family first. Glad you were able to receive treatment and be surrounded by family.

Praying you feel better! As an asthmatic, when your breathing changes, get to the ER! It’s the worst feeling of all! I hate doing breathing treatments because of the shaking but they open you open much better than the inhaler! I also hate steroids especially prednisone (with a passion) take it easy! 🖤🖤🖤

Gabe I pray you feel better girl! Yes those are the side effects to albuterol is shakes a little . I have asthma as well and I take a daily pump to keep it under control. But you will be fine girl. Definitely don’t hesitate to get checked out like that lady said ❤🙏🏾
