I’m pregnant with my first child and I already discussed with my partner that I plan to have a mommy makeover once we’re done having children. You do what makes YOU feel better about YOUR body
My mom had a breast reduction last year at 57 and has no regrets. She is the happiest she's been and living her best life. Did all the research and due diligence, got a great doctor, she went in prayerfully and covered by God and came out in one peace. Now on the other side and so so happy. So do you girl. We're here for you!
CHHHIIILLLLEEE! You answered that vanity question PERFECTLY!!! I was yelling at my phone when I heard you read the question. People don’t realize, or maybe they do, the undertone of judgement, hate, ignorance or “inappropriateness” of their questions. Everyone don’t think the same! There isn’t a workout or diet that will get rid of loose skin or the separation of your abdominal muscles! Gabe, I pray that your surgery and recovery is successful. I also pray that God uses everyone involved in your surgery and recovery with healing hands.🙏🏾
I have closed the muscle gap from 4 inches to 1 with just exercise! Which I'm so proud of and gained 75% of my abdominal mobility back. However that one inch will not close without surgery nor will the indented csection scar or loose skin go away without it.
“ I am my own goal body “ wow! What an amazing statement! Thanks for sharing this piece of your life with us. Being a mommy is a wonderful gift but it has weighed on my body also . So I’m interested in similar procedures soon.
If I've learned nothing else, it is to do what makes you happy. People will say something about any and everything but do what excites you. We only get one life to live so live it to the fullest. Praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery! Do you Boo!
If I wasn’t old with pancreatic and colon problems I’d have one too. I just had another surgery yesterday so I have chronic illnesses but that’s me. You do you. You’ve done the research and you workout and eat a healthy diet. Plus you have a very supportive family that will be there for you. I will keep you all in my prayers 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I was going to say the same thing. I had my left kidney removed. And I have an auto immune disease call antiphospholipid syndrome. I wish you well. And if Gabe sees this I wish you well too.
It’s the best decision I’ve ever made! Do you and never-mind what others say! I’m almost 2 months post op and I’ve never felt better🙌🏾 so happy for you💛🌻

I don't feel anyone that follows u wishes u nothing but happiness and health. Regardless of being for or against surgery. Speaking for MYSELF I just have seen u get snatched naturally and that was so motivating to me cause I'm against cosmetic surgery. Prayers everything happens just the way u want and u r pleased with the results forever.
Greetings & love from Louisiana!🥰 Gabe, let me begin by saying that you are beautiful just as your are.❤️ You & your mom are twins!😊 This video shows how much research, thought, and prayer you have put into your decision to make changes so that you will love yourself even more and like what you see in the mirror. I appreciate the way you explained your reason for deciding on surgery including answering the more difficult (even uncomfortable) questions that followers asked you. As a mother of two (both delivered via C-section), I know the bodily struggles all too well. I nursed my daughter for a year and I’m still nursing my two year old son! Mothers are so self-sacrificing and it’s ‘ok’ to do something for yourself. So, safe travels to all of you. We know Chad will take very good care of you!!❤️🥰❤️
I love the way you answered the questions - especially the not so nice ones. You’ve always been so transparent & kind, thanks for sharing your journey with us! Prayers to you for a safe surgery & recovery!!! 🙏🏾🥰
This was an excellent Q/A Gabrielle. I’ve followed you and Chad since CJ was a baby. I appreciate you taking time to share. The manner in which you answered the questions gave me a completely different perspective on cosmetic surgery. I pray that all goes well in Jesus Name. 🙏🏽✝️❤️
LOVE THIS !!!!! i am 31 and just had my second baby and I am just about to put my deposit down for my BBL/ mommy makeover for my 32nd birthday next year ! Us moms deserve to feel good and be snatched after being a vessel to bringing life into this world with our children . Nothing wrong with it ! I’m all for us mommy’s looking and feeling our best ! Congratulations I can’t wait to see your results 💖💖💖💖💖
I’m glad you’re finally able to get your surgery! I know you’ve talked about it this for years. A mommy makeover is definitely something I want at some point in the future once I’m done having kids. I pray for a very safe and successful operation and that you heal well. ❤️
Interesting to hear your point of view. Personally, I don't agree at all with your choices but at the end of the day it's your body and your money , do with them as you wish.
My daughter is a picture a of fitness but after having her daughter, no matter how much you workout it will not give you back that stomach you had before. So she had a tummy tuck and said it was the best thing she ever done for herself. So do you Gabe!
Hi Gabe, I am so excited that you’ve decided to do this for yourself. About eight years ago I had a tummy tuck unfortunately with drains, lol and the extra skin removal after losing weight and having kids has been amazing. The recovery is no joke but it is worth it. I pray that you are successful and your recovery goes off without a hitch. I am here to support you. You deserve to live your best and happiest life. God bless
I been looking into getting my tummy done bc I had 4 children and no matter how hard I exercise that stomach will not go down to a certain point. Also I breastfeed my children so these Brest need a serious lift so honey I applaud you for being brave and sharing!
Love me some Gabe she is going to tell it in the nicest way. Lol I’ve seen your work, your ups and downs in weight and if anyone has worked hard for this moment it is you! To ppl who don’t believe You can go back and watch the journey she ain’t one of them. I can’t wait to see Gabe 2.0 🤣🤣 Werk sis in advance! Praying for an easy, healthy, successful surgery and a speedy recovery.
She is super fine now is gonna be super fine after her surgery! Thank you again and again for being transparent and always sharing parts of your life with us!
It's your body! Do what you want! Whatever makes you happy. Forget what anyone else thinks. I'm praying for a safe and successful surgery and fast recovery for you! Ready to see the after.
As someone who does post op massage i support plastic surgery. While the gym and diet can help lift and tone certain areas, its not the solution for loose skin specifically after child birth. I plan on getting a mommy makeover in the future. All the best to you. ❤
I had a breast reduction years ago. I never had any problems afterwards, except for itching every now and then. I only told one or two people, because I didn’t want anyone trying to talk me out of it. Best thing I ever did.
So happy for you. I went with my best friend in July when she had her mommy makeover and she had a muscle repair, breast lift no implants, tummy tuck, and lipo. So it sounds like you are having done what she did. Her Dr said his patients only have to stay for 5 days so in total we were there for 8. Including pre op appointment. I'm glad you are staying for 3 weeks because she had to go back and forth twice in that 5 day period. I suggest you get lymphatic massages and book asap. She had a gap between traveling home and about 4 or 5 days and swelled quickly. She actually still gets them just not as often but they helped her tremendously. Day 3 was tough for her and is usually the day most people in any surgery need a little extra tlc. I'm a medical assistant and she has her BSN so that helped but I know Chad will do well. Good luck and I'm praying all goes well
Good for you lady! I’m happy for you. I’m 52 on Tuesday and had a breast reduction 4 months ago and it was something I have been wanting to do for 20 years. I don’t have to wear a bra now and it is wonderful! But I still wear a bralette girl when I go out because these girls are too perky not too now. Lol
Thanks so much for sharing your story. You do you and what you feel is best for you. I had a breast reduction back in 2019. It was the best decision I've ever made. Your surgery will be a success. I declare it in the name of the Lord. I pray for a speedy recovery for you. Just know that God got you and I look forward to hearing more about your journey! ❤️ 🙂

My surgery (arms lipo/lift) back lift with fat deposited to my butt Jan 27th. My husband is so supportive and while nerves im here for it. I had a TT 11 years ago and it still looks amazing.
I know you have look forward to this for a long time and I’m so happy for you. Mom makeup equals mom is happy. I’m praying for a healthy recovery and know god is over you in the surgery room.
Wow!!! Gabrielle I can't wait to see the outcome💕... I was just talking to my mom about a breast lift for myself.... I had a tummy tuck in my early 40's and 15 years later. I still love it... Please let us know in advance when you will had surgery so we can lift you in prayers...
“You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Happy Saturday Gabrielle, Thank you for your authentic answers concerning what is actually very personal to you. You are the most humble person I know. You didn’t have to answer these questions but you did so thank you. I can remember years back when you mentioned having your breast done and get surgery. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having some cosmetic procedures done to your body if you want it. You have always been about fitness and maintaining good health. I will definitely keep you in prayer and pray for the surgeons who perform the procedure. Again, thank you for sharing this. My best wishes to you 🙏🏽✌🏽💕💚
You probably already had your surgery, but be very careful, please!! If you asked me I'd say you are gorgeous as you are, but you didn't, so all the best. I admire you for this, you always seem so comfortable in your skin, rarely wearing makeup even though you are always on tv, and you look stunning when you do, so that's why I was surprised to hear you'd be doing that surgery, you go girl!!
Girl, I didn't even know drainless was a option! This video was very helpful. Been thinking heavy about getting a tummy tuck for my 40th in like 16 months .
Oh Gabe! Babbbbyy I already said when I Turn 40 in 2 years I’m doing a mommy makeover. It has nothing to do with anyone but me! People have to understand we as moms have to feel good about ourselves. We sacrifice so much the moment we get pregnant! Do you and I’m so happy for you!❤❤❤❤❤
Praying for you to have a safe surgery and recovery. You are having everything I’ve thought about so I’m excited for you. Oh and I’m loving your natural hair. So beautiful! 💁🏾♀️
I love you Gabe! You certainly seem very well informed and level headed about all of the details and concerns. It's obvious you did all of your homework. Praying for you, and especially for speedy healing!
Gabriel I have been watching your family for years and you and your family are healthy and live a very healthy lifestyle. This procedure is YOUR PRIZE for all of your hard work!!! Not any easy way out at all!!! Love ya girl! 🫶🏽💪🏾🙌🏾
Girl it your body your choice you know who you are and who’s you are. So glad you’re making that decision and I know that you are educated about it. We only live once go for it. Wishing you a fast recovery.
Thank you for your transparency. I've been watching you guys since Chad Jr. was a baby. Love you guys! Praying that all goes well and you achieve the results that you desire. 🙏🙏
Good for you, Gabe! I’ve been battling with the fact that I even have been considering having a tummy tuck so to see you stand in your truth despite judgments from ppl is so courageous. ❤
I'm 9 months post op from muscle reapair, tummy tuck and fat transfer to breast. And 3 months revision on tummy tuck. Best decision I've ever made. After my kids and significant natural weight loss I had 2.4kg of skin removed. My scarring is amazing almost faded. 😍 I'm sure you will love your results. Just remember swelling will there for a long time. I'm still swollen and numb in my stomach.
@@starrmonique my surgeon didn't remove enough skin. After the swelling went down I still had abit of loose skin left and I had additional liposuction.
@@starrmonique recovery wasn't too bad... the first 3 days I needed hubby to help me to go toilet... then after that I can do things on my own. Everybody is different I was bent over for like 3 weeks. Hubby went back to work after a week. I had a 1 year old and 4 year old to look after too which wasn't too bad just wasn't able to carry them. Just don't get sick or start coughing cos that hurts so bad when you have muscles repair. I'm from New Zealand my surgeon didn't charge for revision but I did have to pay for the anaesthetist.
Girl you better get your makeover! Your body made your babies and looks different and you’re allowed to be unhappy with it and want to change it. Some people think it’s just diet and exercise and it’s not, some changes can only be repaired surgically. I had my second and last baby and I can’t wait to go in for my consultation next month! I’m grateful for my body for having carried and fed my two babies but I’m unhappy with the aftermath 😅 and I’ll be fixing it thank you. After my surgery, my diet and exercise will keep me fit and strong! Praying all goes well with your surgery
Thanks for sharing your journey. I know it can’t be easy to put it out there and tackle people’s questions. I’m praying for a speedy recovery and that the result is even better than you’ve imagined. ❤❤❤
Hi Gabe and family 💖 I totally understand I have 3 little ones all a year apart. I am doing a tummy tuck in Feb,my doctor has explained that no matter what the separation in the abdomen will not be corrected by just exercising alone. I am doing this for me 😊 hunny I support you and your journey ❤️
God has definitely got you covered and I'm so happy for you! I went through Gabe Fix Fitness and you most certainly are well versed in teaching about macros, fitness, etc... Again, I'm so happy for you and will continue to send you and your family my love and prayers... FYI: I was genuinely touched and thankful when you and Chad sent your condolences when you found out my grandma passed... I'll never forget that... You didn't have to do it, but it meant so much to me that you did... ❤
Congrats Gabe with your decision for the makeover. I pray all goes well and recovery is without any complications. I'm quite surprised at some of the questions or comments people make on social media regarding other people's lives. You will be just fine. Girl I'm trying to lose this stomach of mine but I'm a breast cancer survivor that had a mastectomy and I opted to have the surgery that took fat from my stomach to form a new breast. However the fat came back and I can't lose it no matter what I do. God got you so all will be fine. ❤❤❤
This was a very informative video and loved how you addressed each and every question. Wishing you all the best with your surgery and hope your recovery is a healthy speedy one. Take great care and best of luck!!
I’ve followed you for a while and. What I know for sure is you work hard on you mental and physical self. I know you love your children and your family. And this decision was not made lightly. Do you, what brings you comfort and joy. Know that God has you covered and you will continue to help women with integrity and transparency. ❤❤❤
I’m so happy for you! I have the same problem areas, after 3 kids (2 c sections)and weight loss surgery 10 yrs ago, my 3 girls are hanging low (2 boobs and lower belly) lol. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. God will bless you and you will be fine! -Crystal

Good for you and it’s awesome that you’re sharing it with us ❤
I love how gracefully you answered those irritating ass questions! Can’t wait to follow your journey because I want to do the same thing later this year. Thank you for your verbiage and perspective!
I'm all for anyone getting a mommy make over to be happy with their bodies again, shed excess weight, lift, tone...whatever. You figure, you live your life one way and having kids completely changes alot of women's bodies in ways they could never imagine. Of course you want your body back together. I support you girl. 🥰😁😁
What an informative video! Thank you for always sharing and bing so transparent. As a mom of two myself I’m thinking about getting some work done as well we owe it to ourselves to feel whole again. Kudos for taking on those challenging questions like a pro. I’ve always looked up to you and followed you throughout the years you are an awesome person inside and out! I’m praying that the surgery goes well and hoping for safe travels for your family during the holidays ❤
BBLs are on the more dangerous side so, ngl, I was relieved when you said you decided against it. The scarring will be fine with all the options (scar tape, scar massage, hydroquinone for lightening, etc). You'll look great and I'll keep you in my prayers that the procedure and recovery is super smooth 💖
Thanks for sharing. You answered those hard questions with style and grace. Peeps, our girl is having surgery. Let's lift her up in prayer. We love her and her family. Let the family know that the peeps have her covered in prayer and want only the best outcome for our girl. Good luck and God bless.

I had breast reduction years ago one of the best decisions of my life. Prayer's for safe travel and safe surgery and speedy recovery🙏🙏🙏.

Prayers for a speedy recovery! I definitely plan to snatch this here stomach after 5 babies😊❤
My daughter is a picture a of fitness but after having her daughter, no matter how much you workout it will not give you back that stomach you had before. So she had a tummy tuck and said it was the best thing she ever done for herself. So do you Gabe!
Exactly!! I love that for her. Thank you 😊
I’m so excited for you!!!! I pray that you have a great surgery and a speedy recovery! Can’t wait to see the results!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Do what makes you happy Gabrielle... I'm here for it...and supporting you all the way ❤️❤️
I'm so happy to be on this journey with you! I'm also excited to see your husband love on you EVEN MORE😊💕
Hi Gabe, I am so excited that you’ve decided to do this for yourself. God bless
@@Weesie08 Thank you so much!!
Haha okay!!
Lol
Good luck with your surgery Gabe. I'm excited for you!! ❤❤
I pray for you a successful surgery❤ You have a right to do what's best for you🌹❤ Blessings to you and your fun new journey!

I'm planning my surgery with him for next year. Im so happy he doesn't have many women of color who do reviews but his work on us is immaculate.
Gabe your beautiful I love your honesty and realness with u being a fitness coach when so many others sell false hopes I agree to do what makes YOU happy and like U said as long as babe is good with it that’s all that matters ! Praying for a speedy recovery !! 💕🙏🏽
Pretty sure the surgeon Is aware that you are a very successful influencer and many will be watching anticipating the results (which I know will be great) so I’m sure He will do a great job seeing he could get alot of potential clients lol 😊
Thank you Ashlee!!
I love this!! I am for it and I agree with everything said. I have had three children all vaginally if I could afford to make myself over I absolutely would. It is not about vanity. It is truly being happy in this one body we get. My thoughts and prayers will be with you!!!🙏🏾
It has something to do
With gaining because at the end of the day she cares about her appearance.

Wow!!! Gabrielle I can't wait to see the outcome💕... I was just talking to my mom about a breast lift for myself.... I had a tummy tuck in my early 40's and 15 years later. I still love it...
Please let us know in advance when you will had surgery so we can lift you in prayers...
Prayers for your surgery and recovery. Side not your hair looks amazing! You answered the questions so well and classy.
“You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
Happy Saturday Gabrielle,
Thank you for your authentic answers concerning what is actually very personal to you.
My best wishes to you 🙏🏽✌🏽💕💚
I really appreciate this comment. Thank you so much!! 🤗

Aww you are so welcome.
We love you Gabrielle. You keep it 💯 with your viewers.
Do you and I’m so happy for you!❤❤❤❤❤
Perfect timing. I’m pregnant with baby #2 and I’ve already prepped hubby for the comeback! Congrats and a speedy recovery.
I am super proud of you Sis. I will definitely keep you in my prayers. i love how you and your family are transparent.
Thank you for your transparency. I've been watching you guys since Chad Jr. was a baby. Love you guys! Praying that all goes well and you achieve the results that you desire. 🙏🙏
I am definitely not one for unnecessary surgery, FOR ME. (Too Scared) I wish you all the best and hope for a speedy recovery.
Yes, good for you!! Thanks so much!
@@starrmonique oh way easier than the first. I didn't need help at all. Was walking and doing things normally the second day.
I had lipo back in 2017 and I do not regret it ❤❤ Recovery time was about a week! I say go for it 🤗 Prayers for a great and speedy recovery 🙏🏾 ❤
Yay! It’ll be great and can’t wait to hear about your experience and see the fabulous results. Praying for a painless & speedy recovery! 🤗
Do what makes you feel good and happy. Praying for a great surgery, recovery and bomb results! ❤
Hey girl hey! I want a mommy makeover too! No judgement at all.... ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for being transparent. I see my surgeon in 3 days.
-Crystal
I pray that GOD protects you throughout the surgery. May GOD guide the hands and minds of the surgeons, the surgical team, and the recovery team. Amen.
Girl I breastfed for 2.5 years and I need myself a lift without implants lol. Also I’ve alwayyyyyss wanted my neck done because my mom and sisters have Turkey neck and I’m the youngest so I know it’s hereditary and I’m definitely planning on that. Good for you and it’s awesome that you’re sharing it with us ❤
Your body. Your choice. Never let anyone who isn’t responsible for you emotionally, financially or physically.
You do what will make you happier.
I must say I commend you. We know you work hard on your body. Praying you a speedy recovery.
So glad you decided against the BBL. Its creams and exercises you can use like you said. Can't wait to see your transformation!!!
You’re an inspiration. I’ve always said I want a mommy makeover too. Prayers for a smooth surgery and recovery 😊
Congratulations, I didn't get a mommy makeover, but I did have the Vgs surgery 11/14/22. I was off work for 4 weeks. I go back to work Monday. Good luck on everything and praying for a safe surgery and speedy recovery.
Gabe do what makes YOU happy and forget the rest! Im happy for you! Im scheduled for next year and I can’t wait honey!!!! Praying for a speedy recovery for you.
Gabrielle, if you are comfortable with having this done, I am with you. I pray everything goes well with your surgery. GOD bless you! I know your hubby will be right there for you. Sending you big hugs. 🙏🏿💚
