    1 kilo dilis
    2 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tap hot pepper powder optional
    1 cup flour
    1 cup corn starch
    Garlic powder optional
    Oil for frying

    Tried it, and the fried dilis tastes WONDERFUL. For a minute, I considered omitting the second batch of frying, but went ahead with it anyway. Best decision ever. Salamat po! :)

      Lang yong isdang mahuli na may size limit, yong dilis dito at mullet karamihang tao ginagamit nilang bait pag mamimingwit sila, thanks

      Haydee Dela Cruz pag maganda pagkaka prito mo at medyo add a little more salt inaabot sya ng 3 to 4 weeks, dapat na prito sya ng husto medium heat lang para maluto yong loob ng dilis. Para matagal syang masira, pwedeng ilagay sa refrigerator kahit isang buwan or two malutong pa rin sya, make sure lang na malinis pagkaka gawa at repack para matagal syang masira thanks good luck

      Any fishmongers shop sell frozen fish bait, some may sell fresh. I buy all the time from them.

      Ako po nagluluto nyan inaalis ko bituka para di mapait, ibuka lang ulo ng dilis para makuha yung bituka pero wag isama ang ulo. 😊
